Om Touchless Express Desinfektionsskåp

Touchless Express är ett modulärt desinfektionsskåp utformat för paketutlämningsstationer. Skåpet förvarar inkommande paket och desinficerar dem automatiskt med en ultraviolett lampa. Användare skannar en kod i en mobilapplikation, varpå skåpets dörr öppnas och stängs utan fysisk kontakt. Strukturen är tillverkad av stålplattor som skärs och stansas, och därefter behandlas med fosfatering och högtemperatur elektroforetisk sprutlackering för att motstå rost och naturligt slitage. Den modulära formen kan anpassas efter storleken på olika expressstationer och är enkel att montera.

Unika egenskaper: The "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet" is a specially designed equipment for express pickup, which aims to provide users with an infection-free experience. It comes with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp that automatically disinfects incoming parcels. Users can open the cabinet door through an app without touching it. Furthermore, the disinfection cabinet can be customized according to the size of express stations, making it easy to assemble.

Produktionsteknik: This product is made of steel plate material that is initially cut into various sizes using a shearing machine to cut rolled steel plates. Based on the position of different components, a specific punching machine mold is used to treat it. To prevent premature ageing and rusting during the use of intelligent courier cabinets, a surface treatment process is applied that uses phosphating treatment to eliminate grease and rust from the surface. After that, the surface undergoes high-temperature electrophoretic spraying to enhance its resistance to natural erosion. Additionally, the product features a UV disinfection function and can be remotely controlled via an app.
