About X House Jengo la Makazi
Nyumba ya X ni jengo la makazi lililopo katika msitu mchanganyiko ndani ya jiji la Kharkiv, Ukraine. Heshima kwa eneo hilo na uhifadhi wa maeneo ya kijani yaliyopo ndiyo yaliyoongoza muundo na ujenzi wake. Maeneo makubwa ya vioo vya panorama huunganisha sehemu ya ndani na miti inayozunguka, na kuifanya asili kuwa kivutio cha nafasi ya kuishi. Miradi ya paa inayotoka nje (cantilevered) na matuta ya ghorofa ya pili yametengenezwa kwa zege lililoimarishwa na huunda mistari iliyokatika kuzunguka umbo kuu la jengo. Sehemu ya nje inatumia vigae vya porcelaini, chuma, mbao na paneli za fiber-cement. Eneo lote ni mita za mraba 460.

Washindi wa Shaba ni kazi za ufundi mwingi na bunifu ya kushangaza zinazothibitisha uzoefu mpana, mawazo na ustadi wa wabunifu wao. X House Jengo la Makazi inatarajiwa kuwa kitu kinachothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambacho ni cha kitaalamu na bunifu kwa kiasi kikubwa. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Shaba ya A' Design Award unajumuisha mbinu bora katika sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia, na ni bora kwa umakini wake kwa undani. - Unique Properties
- The priority in the design and construction was the respect for the place and the preservation of existing green spaces, since the house is located in a unique place. It is a mixed forest located within the city. X-House interacts with the environment through a large area of panoramic glazing, thus integrating nature into the interior space of the house, making it a unique interior accent.

- Production Technology
- The cantilever roof outlets and terraces of the second floor, which form graphic broken lines around the main volume of the house, implemented in reinforced concrete structures were of particular interest to architects.The exterior of the house is made of natural materials - porcelain stoneware, metal, wooden elements, fiber-cement panels - which support the general idea of connection with nature, “enter into dialogue” with the place, and do not contradict it.
- Inspiration
- Surrounded by a pure natural landscape, a phenomenon which is always unique in itself, architects wanted to turn to the basic principles and fundamental foundations of all applied disciplines - the play of light and shadow, volume and emptiness, combinations of contrast and nuance.

- Project started in September 2017 and finished around January 2019, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
