Book Text: Vitality ni kiti cha mazoezi chenye matumizi mengi kilichobuniwa kwa ajili ya mazoezi nyumbani. Kiti hiki kina umbo rahisi na kinaweza kutumika kama kiti cha kawaida cha kukalia au kama kiti cha mazoezi. Mto laini wa ngozi unaweza kuinuliwa na kufungwa kwenye pembe maalum ili kuwezesha mazoezi mbalimbali. Droo yenye vigawanyo vya ndani huhifadhi dumbbells, mikanda ya mpira na vifaa vingine vidogo vya mazoezi. - Unique Properties
- Vitality is a home fitness furniture product that helps people fight the epidemic and improve their health during the epidemic. The overall appearance of the product is clean and concise. It can be used as a bench at ordinary times and as a fitness bench when exercise is needed. The choice of multi-color can add a touch of bright color in the closed home and office environment.

- Production Technology
- Vitality uses environmentally-friendly board hot bending forming as the main frame, with a matte leather soft bag. The seat cushion can adjust the angle at fixed points. There are partitions inside the drawer to separate and place fitness items. The wheels are equipped with rubber cushions to increase friction with the floor. The perforated metal plate on the side increases the breathability of the product. The paint process realizes the change of colorful colors.
- Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge in the process of realization and research is to satisfy people for fitness exercises in the limited space of the home. We try to ensure that people can exercise reasonably without taking up more space. At the same time, we hope that Vitality can be integrated into the family environment. We hope that Vitality can eliminate the panic caused by the epidemic and bring you a healthy and positive attitude towards life.
- Research
- Due to the impact of the epidemic, working at home has become the norm in life. We surveyed 500 adults. Among them, 83% have exercise habits, and only 12% have the habit of exercising after the outbreak. The epidemic not only caused people to lack exercise and their resistance gradually declined, but also caused people to panic. Exercise can help us keep fit, and it also produces dopamine, which makes people feel happy. Vitality can help people exercise in the limited space at home.
- Inspiration
- At the beginning of 2020, the new crown epidemic suddenly struck. During this long period of epidemic, many people were closed at home, and working from home became the normal life. The epidemic prevented people from going out to exercise, and also brought diseases and panic to people. Based on the impact of the epidemic, we are exploring how people can better exercise at home in small apartments, which has inspired the inspiration of home fitness benches.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Shenzhen in March 2021 and completed in Shenzhen in June 2021.
- Operation Flow
- You can use Vitality as a bench, or as a fitness bench when you need to exercise. You can raise the soft-packed cushion to adjust the inclination angle you need to assist in completing the fitness exercise. You can take out from the drawer or put in fitness equipment, such as dumbbells, elastic bands, fascia guns, etc.; when you need to move, you can lift the side handle to push it to move.
