Kuhusu RG House Makazi ya Familia Moja
Nyumba ya RG ni makazi ya familia moja yaliyoko Teresina, Brazil. Nyumba hii inashughulikia mita za mraba 310 katika ghorofa mbili. Ghorofa ya chini ina karakana, sebule na chumba cha kulia, nafasi ya gourmet, bwawa la kuogelea, jiko, chumba cha kulala cha wageni na eneo la huduma. Suti mbili na chumba kikuu cha kulala vimewekwa katika ghorofa ya juu. Sehemu za mbele za magharibi, mashariki na kusini zina mpangilio wa mistari uliotengenezwa kwa aluminiamu mchanganyiko wa rangi nyeusi. Mistari hii inafanya kazi kama brise soleil na inapunguza mwanga wa jua na joto ndani ya nyumba. Profaili za LED zinafanya mchoro huu uonekane wakati wa usiku.

RG House Makazi ya Familia Moja ni mshindi wa Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award, utambuzi wenye heshima kubwa ya ajabu unaotolewa kwa miundo ya hali ya juu kabisa, ya kupendeza na ya kuvutia. Washindi wa Fedha ni kazi zinazong'aa mno na bunifu kupita kiasi zinazoonyesha utaalamu bora, kipaji na busara ya wabunifu wao. RG House Makazi ya Familia Moja inatarajiwa kuwa kazi nzuri ya kuigwa ambayo ni ya kitaalamu kwa kiasi kikubwa na yenye ubunifu wa kina. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award ni uvumbuzi unaojulikana sana na kupendwa, unaonufaisha na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. RG House Makazi ya Familia Moja ni kazi inayotamaniwa mno inayochochea hamu, huleta hisia chanya na huzua mshangao na mastaajabu.

- The project consists of a 310sqm residence located in the city of Teresina,Brazil.It has two floors.The ground floor consists of the garage,living room,dining room integrated with a gourmet space and a swimming pool,kitchen,guest bedroom and service area.The second floor consists of two suites and a master bedroom.The colors used in the composition were primarily black and grey,with touches of wooden tones for the floors and blue for the decoration to give it contrast and make it more vibrant.

- The walls were made using ceramic bricks, the structure was made using concrete and the roof was made using thermo-acoustic aluminum tiles. The rest of the composition uses black aluminum profiles, transparent glass panels, and composite aluminum brise soleil.

- Make the brises support themselves according to the original design. Support points were carefully studied so that support pillars were not used between them.

- One of the issues during the design proccess and requirement of the clients was to ease and overcome the climate challenges of the region, marked by high temperatures and strong solar incidence. The client also wanted an integration between the indoors and outdoors. A solution for this integration was to use massive glass panels, which is not recomended in the region due to extreme heat inside the edification. A way to achieve both of the client requirements was to use design a massive aluminum frame in a way that it could protect the house from insulation without blocking the view from inside the house.
- Msukumo
- The main inspiration was the dynamics of geometric lines.A large composition of lines was created on the west, east and south facades.These lines were made in composite aluminum painted in black.They also have the function of a brise soleil, helping to reduce the incidence of sunlight and heat inside the residence due to the extreme hot temperatures of the northeast of Brazil.
LED profiles were adapted to the brise soleil and at night it helps the observer to easily read the design. - Muda wa Mradi
