About Laonpeople Truescan Kifaa cha Kuchanganua Meno Ndani ya Kinywa

Truescan ni kifaa cha uchanganuzi wa pande tatu kinachotumika ndani ya kinywa katika matibabu ya meno. Kifaa hiki kinarekodi muundo wa kinywa kwa wakati halisi, hivyo daktari wa meno anaweza kuchunguza na kudhibiti meno ya mgonjwa bila kutumia vifaa vya kawaida vya kuchukua mfano wa meno. Ncha ya kuchanganua imetengenezwa kuwa ndogo na yenye mviringo bila kingo kali, ili kuhakikisha usalama wakati wa kuingiza kinywani. Mwili wa kifaa una vipimo vya milimita 280 kwa 34 kwa 36 na umeundwa kwa ajili ya uchanganuzi kwa kutumia mkono mmoja. Kitufe kimewekwa chini kwenye sehemu ya nyuma ili kurahisisha matumizi. Sehemu zote zimetengenezwa kwa ABS iliyochaguliwa kwa usalama wa kibiolojia.

Unique Properties: The 3D dental scanner is a digital device that allows you to use impression materials to make a tooth-bone in the existing dentist's office and send it directly to the public office or design it directly from the dentist's office.

Production Technology: Main body, all parts are ABS, and also suitable for biological safety.
Design Challenge: Since the oral scanner used in dentistry is an instrument that investigates the patient's mouth, it was important to reflect the size and depth so that the oral cavity can be investigated safely and without risk. Starting with a basic survey on the human body of various sizes and teeth of the oral cavity, we tried to develop the most ergonomic and universal oral medical device based on the professional findings of dentist.
Research: We collected various opinions through stakeholders from dentists and marketing and clinical personnel who are medical staff and reflected them in the design concept. In addition, the self-produced and analyzed medical device design trend over the past 14 years was referenced.
Inspiration: It is designed in consideration of human-centered design because it is a medical device that directly touches and uses the patient's oral cavity. In the case of tips that go directly into the patient's oral cavity, the size is as small as possible, the main body, the grip was important in a form that was easy to scan the entire mouth while holding it with one hand, and it was designed so that there was no problem in operating even if the button part was placed behind the main body.
Project Duration: Design project started in March 2021 and finished in December 2021 in Seoul, Korea
Operation Flow: Oral scanner is a dental diagnostic device with the latest technology based on 3D high-speed scanning method and image implementation software. A dentist is a medical device that can diagnose and manage the patient's oral structure immediately by moving a scanner into the patient's mouth in real time and filming it.
