Muundo huo unalenga kupunguza wagonjwa' wasiwasi na mfadhaiko, kuharakisha kupona, kufupisha kulazwa hospitalini, kupunguza matumizi ya dawa, kupunguza maumivu, na kukuza hali ya afya kwa kuunda mazingira mazuri ya uponyaji. Nafasi zimeundwa ili ziwe za kulea na matibabu. Katika kiwango cha shirika, muundo husaidia kuongeza kuridhika kwa wafanyikazi, tija na uhifadhi. Fomu ya jengo inaruhusu mtiririko wa asili wa nafasi, hewa na mwanga. Muundo huu unachanganya mbinu za hali ya juu za kuangaza, mwanga wa mchana, HVAC na mifumo ya matibabu ya maji ambayo hutumia nishati kidogo sana.

Washindi wa Chuma huonyesha ustadi mkubwa, utaalamu wa hali ya juu, uelewa wa kitaalamu na uwezo wa kibunifu wa waumbaji wao. Almana Kituo Cha Matibabu inatarajiwa kuwa kazi inayothaminiwa sana, kupendwa na kuenziwa, ambayo ni ya vitendo na bunifu. - The design was based on natural light and natural materials.
High performance glazing system was chosen for elevations and skylight to get the most healthy use of daylight. Terracotta tiles was chosen for exterior cladding. - Changamoto ya Ubunifu

- The concept to create healing environment to engage patients in the conscious process of self-healing and spiritual growth. Spaces are designed to be nurturing and therapeutic and, most important, to reduce stress. The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. All clinics and staff spaces provide access to outside views and landscaped terraces.

- The design creates a clear separation of zones of activities, with departments and functions located based on access point proximity, flow and way-finding. Design of building is modular so there is ease of understanding, movement and fining the required section.
