About Bsp Security Plant Complex Jengo la Ofisi ya Benki
Bsp Security Plant Complex ni jengo la umma lililopendekezwa kujengwa katika New Clark City, Ufilipino. Jengo hili linatoa eneo la sakafu lenye usalama wa hali ya juu, linalonyumbulika na kubadilika, ambalo linaweza kurekebishwa kadri teknolojia ya uzalishaji inavyoimarika. Uso hai wa jengo unaonyesha zaidi ya miti 250 ya asili ya Ufilipino pamoja na mimea ya kitropiki. Uso huu uliopandwa mimea hukinga jengo dhidi ya jua la moja kwa moja, hupunguza ongezeko la joto na kusaidia mzunguko wa hewa. Mifereji ya maji na minara yenye mteremko vinakumbusha visiwa vya kitropiki vyenye milima na bioanuwai yake.

- Unique Properties
- A proposal for the new BSP Security Plant Complex is a unique public building that incorporates planning principles for the future demand a highly secure, flexible and adaptable floor area as technology constantly improves the production process.
The living facade is a showcase of over 250 endemic Philippine trees and an exposition of tropical plants. A constant display of life that shields the building from direct sun exposure and minimizes thermal heat gain while providing air ventilation. - Dimensions & Packaging
