About City Archipelago Mpango Kuu wa Wilaya ya Mjini

Andiko la Kitabu: City Archipelago ni mpango wa wilaya ya mjini kwa eneo la hekta 15 katika Zhenru Subcenter ya Wilaya ya Putuo, Shanghai. Mpango huu unabadilisha eneo la zamani lililokuwa limeachwa bila kutumika (brownfield) na kulifanya kuwa wilaya changamano yenye kazi za ofisi, makazi, na uvumbuzi wa kidijitali. Maeneo ya maji na kijani hufanya kazi kama miundombinu ya kijani inayosaidia kudhibiti mafuriko yatokanayo na dhoruba na kuboresha maisha ya kila siku mjini. Majengo ya kijani yamepangwa kwa muundo huru ili kuunda visiwa. Vituo vya huduma za biashara vilivyo kando ya barabara kuu ya jiji hupunguza kelele na usumbufu wa kuona.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
