Maandishi ya Kitabu: Dot Sofia ni jengo la matumizi mchanganyiko kwa ajili ya matukio na maisha ya mijini huko Sofia, Bulgaria. Muundo huo wenye ujazo mbili unabeba nafasi ya sanaa za kisasa na matukio, mkahawa maalum, na vitengo vya makazi. Dot Sofia inasimama katika wilaya ya kihistoria ya soko, eneo ambalo kwa muda mrefu limehusishwa na biashara na kupuuzwa katika miongo ya hivi karibuni. Facade imetengenezwa kwa chuma kilichopatwa na kutu na inakumbusha maada ya zamani ya mtaa huo. Vipofu vikubwa vya madirisha hufunguka na kufungwa, vikifuata mdundo wa maisha ya sokoni. Jengo hilo lilikamilika mwaka 2023 na lina eneo la jumla la sakafu la mita za mraba 1576.

- Unique Properties
- Embedded in the urban complexity of the biggest street market in Sofia the simple two volume structure of DOT Sofia building manifests unexpected different faces and scales from the possible viewpoints. The hybrid program of intertwined contemporary art and events space; signature restaurant and design urban living are injected in the rather neglected historic heart of the city with the clear ambition to redirect its inevitable transformation. The rusted steel facade preserves the characteristic aged materiality of the area while the dynamics of the oversized shutters follow the rhythm of the market life.

- DOT Sofia is located in the heart of old Sofia. This historic part of the city has been home to trade and markets for centuries. Neglected for the past decades, it is now evolving into a multi-cultural melting pot. DOT Sofia aims to contribute to the rediscovery and evolution of this still hidden urban cultural area.
