Beatbot iSkim Ultra ni roboti ya kusafisha inayotumia nishati ya jua, iliyobuniwa kwa ajili ya mabwawa makubwa ya kuogelea. Kifaa hiki kinachanganya mfumo wa kusafisha maji wa ClearWater, vitambuzi vya mawimbi ya sauti za juu (ultrasonic) na mfumo wa motaji saba ili kuondoa uchafu unaoelea na kutakasa maji kwa njia ya asili. Kisafishaji hiki kinaweza kuoza kiasili na kimetengenezwa hasa kwa kutumia chitosan. Paneli ya jua yenye uwezo wa wati 24 (24W) na betri yenye uwezo wa 10,000mAh hupunguza uhitaji wa umeme wa gridi. - Production Technology
- The device uses SolarTrack technology to maximize sunlight efficiency. Thanks to its 24W solar panel and 10,000mAh battery, it greatly reduces dependence on traditional electricity, thereby lowering energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while promoting sustainable energy use. The ClearWater clarification system adopts a purely natural and biodegradable clarifier mainly made from chitosan, safeguarding users and contributing to environmental protection.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to improve the efficiency and coverage of pool cleaning. To address that, the device innovates a 7 motor system with excellent skimming power and propulsion for precise edge and surface cleaning. It also employs tri ultrasonic technology and obstacle avoidance technology to intelligently adjust its cleaning plan based on swimming pool size for optimal cleaning efficiency. With a unique brush design to tackle hard to reach areas, it takes a leap in debris removal and coverage.
- Research
- Issues about water quality maintenance in large swimming pools, especially those caused by frequently generated debris, have always been difficult to fully resolve within the industry; conventional pool cleaning methods fail to completely eliminate complex pollutants like floating oils, stubborn dirt, and metal residues. This device utilizes a revolutionary ClearWater clarification system, ultrasonic sensors, and the industry first 7 motor system to efficiently and naturally purify water.
- Inspiration
- The device achieves a harmonious unity of aesthetic appeal and practicality. Styled in a minimalistic yet refined manner, it features a sleek shape with smooth, soft lines. Also focusing on innovative functionality and intelligent technology, the device aims to become a solar powered smart robot capable of autonomously and efficiently performing pool cleaning tasks, thus providing an effortless, convenient cleaning experience to free the hands of users.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Suzhou in September 2023 and will be launched in Asia in August 2024
- Operation Flow
- The Beatbot iSkim Ultra equipped with the Beatbot OS system allows for exceptional smart navigation and comprehensive pool coverage. The NavControl app enables users to remotely navigate the device precisely for targeted cleaning. A built in voice broadcast system informs users of real time updates on cleaning progress, status, and alerts like low battery and high temperatures.
