About House LW27 Makazi ya Kibinafsi
House LW27 ni makazi ya kibinafsi yaliyojengwa kwenye eneo dogo kiasi katika mtaa wa makazi. Umbo jeupe la jengo linatofautiana na vipengele vya mawe asilia yenye umbile la asili. Kuta zilizopigwa lipu nyeupe, sakafu za mbao za mwaloni na mawe asilia kwa ajili ya sakafu, bafu, mekoni na kuta ndivyo vinavyounda muundo wa ndani. Katika ghorofa ya chini, mpangilio wazi unatiririka kwa uhuru kutoka mashariki hadi magharibi kando ya bwawa la kuogelea. Madirisha ya kutelezeshwa kutoka sakafuni hadi darini yanaunganisha ndani na nje mwaka mzima. Ghorofa ya juu ina vyumba vya kulala vyenye bafu za binafsi. Sehemu ya paa iliyopandwa mimea inarudisha eneo la ardhi lililofunikwa kwa asili.

- A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
- Inspiration
- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
