Book Text: Smart Ecology ni mradi wa upangaji miji kwa ajili ya Tus Park, bustani ya viwanda ya teknolojia ya hali ya juu iliyoko Nanning, China. Mpango huu unaunganisha maeneo ya kiutendaji ili kuunda nafasi wazi kwa ajili ya mawasiliano. Mpangilio uliotawanyika wenye viwanja vilivyozungushiwa unaleta uwiano kati ya uwazi na faragha ya kila eneo. Mhimili mkuu wa mandhari unaunganisha vitengo mmoja mmoja kupitia njia za angani. Bustani hii inashughulikia eneo la mita za mraba 671,592 na inajumuisha jumba la makumbusho la sayansi na teknolojia, ofisi, makazi na mitaa ya kibiashara. Mfumo wa nishati wa jengo usiotumia nguvu za nje unasaidia uhifadhi wa nishati na ulinzi wa mazingira.

Washindi wa Fedha ni kazi zinazong'aa mno na bunifu kupita kiasi zinazoonyesha utaalamu bora, kipaji na busara ya wabunifu wao. Smart Ecology Primary Function: Bustani ya Viwanda inatarajiwa kuwa kazi nzuri ya kuigwa ambayo ni ya kitaalamu kwa kiasi kikubwa na yenye ubunifu wa kina. Muundo huu ulioshinda Tuzo ya Fedha ya A' Design Award ni uvumbuzi unaojulikana sana na kupendwa, unaonufaisha na kupanua mipaka ya sanaa, sayansi, usanifu na teknolojia. - In the planning of the Tus Park, the links among functional zones were emphasized in order to create an open invigorated space for communication and form an intelligent, green and ecological park for the utmost use of the Tus Park advantages, the integration of resources into the Tsinghua Industry, and the common development of the industry, education and research. The passive building energy environment system was applied to the design, creating an energy saving and environmental protection service center.

- The area where the project is located is a new development zone, lacking complete supporting facilities. So we encountered two challenges in the design. One is how to form a model of industry-city integration in this area. The other is how to attract and retain talent and futher radiate benefits.

640 billion dollars. The project is positioned as "a new hi-tech city in corporating industrial development, the core area of industrial upgrading in Nanning, and the demonstration base of the innovative development of Guangxi facing the ASEAN". - Msukumo
- After studying the relationship between openness and privacy in the project from both two-dimensional and three-dimensional perspectives, designers proposed the concept of "yard and aisle". The scattered dot layout ensures the openness of the Tus Park, while guaranteeing the independency and privacy of each functional zone with enclosed courtyard. And the central axis of the landscape is designed to connect the individual units through sky corridors, vertically enriching the landscape.
