About Azumaen ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น

เป็นแผนของร้านอาหารริมทะเลสาบในอุทยานแห่งชาติ บูธในห้องส่วนตัวมีรูปร่างเหมือนเป็ดแมนดาริน และพื้นที่ก็เหมือนกับนกที่กำลังกางปีกอยู่ในสระน้ำอย่างเงียบๆ นอกจากนี้ไฟทางอ้อมยังติดตั้งไว้ที่เคาน์เตอร์ครัวแบบเปิดและบริเวณเท้าโต๊ะเพื่อให้ความรู้สึกลอยตัวเหมือนเป็ดแมนดารินที่ลอยอยู่ในสระน้ำ ความสูงของบูธนี้เปลี่ยนไปอย่างรวดเร็วจนกลายเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเมื่อคุณนั่งลง หากยืนขึ้นก็จะเห็นทุกสิ่ง

Unique Properties: It is a plan of a restaurant on the shore of a lake in a national park. The booth in the private room is shaped like a mandarin duck, and the space is like a bird resting its wings quietly in a pond. Indirect lighting is also installed at the counter of the open kitchen and at the feet of the table seats to create a floating feeling like a mandarin duck floating in a pond.

Production Technology: Each booth was made of bent structural plywood and finished with a cloth that was glossy with natural light.
The lighting plan of the restaurant has a timer set, and the atmosphere changes from day to night.
Design Challenge: Due to the restaurant in the national park, there were many restrictions on the materials and colors that could be used.
It was difficult to make a circular booth whose height changes.
Inspiration: Various migratory birds visit the lake in front of the restaurant every season. It created the atmosphere of a bird resting its wings on a stage that juts out into the lake.
