Smied Mate03 เป็นประตูทางเข้าที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับบ้านสมัยใหม่ ประตูนี้ผสานระบบล็อกอเนกประสงค์เข้ากับระบบควบคุมอัจฉริยะ ทำให้สามารถปลดล็อกได้ทั้งด้วยกุญแจ ลายนิ้วมือ หรือรหัสผ่าน แกนกลางผลิตจากเหล็กผสมสังกะสี-เหล็กและตาข่ายเหล็กเสริมแรง พร้อมพื้นผิวไม้กันความชื้นหนา 8+8 มิลลิเมตรทั้งด้านในและด้านนอก การบุไส้ด้วยแผ่นฟอยล์อะลูมิเนียมรังผึ้งจากอุตสาหกรรมการบินช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเก็บเสียงและกันความร้อน โครงประตูมีความกว้างด้านนอกมากกว่าด้านใน ทำให้สามารถติดตั้งในช่องผนังขนาดเล็กได้โดยไม่ต้องสกัดผนัง สามารถปรับแต่งขนาดประตูและลวดลายธรณีประตูได้ตามต้องการ

- Unique Properties
- This is a modern smart door launched for the young-focused high-end home decoration market. Designed for the purpose of "practicality" and "fashion", it is equipped with a multi-functional lock and intelligent control system to provide users with a convenient way to unlock and enter the house; at the same time, users can customize their own door to meet the rapidly changing aesthetic needs of mainstream consumer groups.

- Production Technology
- The door, made of zinc-iron alloy steel core, reinforced steel mesh and 8+8mm Iceland lateral moisture-proof and environment-friendly wood inside and outside, is corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant. The interior is filled with aviation honeycomb aluminum foil, with good sound insulation, heat insulation and waterproof performance. The bottom is provided with original double-layer cladded threshold, with texture customizable, providing users with more free choice.
- Design Challenge
- The high-end and elegant facade features a modern stylish aluminum alloy snap with narrow edge, dominant wood grain and fingerprint-proof stainless steel inlay. The side aluminum alloy snap and solid embedded drawing fingerprint-proof stainless steel trim strip are in line with modern home decoration style. The frame innovatively adopts door head wide outside and narrow inside. The small door opening can match frame without chiseling wall for customization needs and good applicability.
- Research
- The survey shows that the post-80s and 90s have become the main consumer force in the door and window market. On the basis of pursuing comfort and practical functionality, they also give consideration to the aesthetic pursuit of simple product appearance and fashionable and novel shape. Therefore, customized doors with a sense of science and technology are increasingly sought after by the market.
- Inspiration
- The home aesthetics led by modern young people is developing with the concept of fashion and simplicity. How to design a door characterized by customizable doorsize and head, convenient use and a touche of technology under the condition where the wall hole of the building is not damaged is the original intention of the design team to develop this product.
- Project Duration
- The project was launched in Yongkang, China in October 2021, completed in Yongkang in March 2022 and exhibited in Yongkang in May 2022.
- Operation Flow
- This product is equipped with multi-function lock and intelligent control system with multiple unlocking functions such as key, fingerprint and password. Users can unlock with simple operation, avoiding the situation that users cannot enter the house due to losing key or forgetting password.
