ซิตี้สตาร์ส เฮลิโอโปลิส เป็นอาคารพาณิชยกรรมแบบผสมผสานในประเทศอียิปต์ เปิดให้บริการครั้งแรกในปี 2004 ปัจจุบันอาคารนี้อยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงใหม่ มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยรวม 250,000 ตารางเมตร การปรับปรุงครอบคลุมงานสถาปัตยกรรม งานตกแต่งภายใน ระบบแสงสว่าง ระบบนำทาง ภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม และความยั่งยืน ภายใต้แนวทางการออกแบบแบบบูรณาการเดียวกัน อาคารแปดชั้นทอดตัวยาวครอบคลุมทั้งบล็อกเมือง รูปทรงโค้งของอาคารสื่อถึงการไหลของแม่น้ำไนล์ พื้นที่โถงกลางสี่แห่งซึ่งมีชื่อว่า ออไรออน (Orion) เอคลิปส์ (Eclipse) โซลาริส (Solaris) และสตาร์พอร์ต (Starport) เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่กำหนดรูปแบบพื้นที่ภายใน โครงสร้างบังแดด ทะเลสาบ ต้นไม้ และพืชพรรณต่าง ๆ ช่วยลดอุณหภูมิภายในพื้นที่โครงการ

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
