Less เป็นร้านค้าปลีกที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองหางโจว ประเทศจีน พื้นที่ภายในมีขนาด 12 x 8 เมตร สูง 3.3 เมตร การออกแบบเป็นไปตามปรัชญาของแบรนด์ในเรื่องความเรียบง่ายแบบมินิมัลและแนวคิดที่ว่า "น้อยแต่มาก" ระนาบมินิมัลที่โค้งงอก่อตัวขึ้นเป็นโครงสร้าง กำหนดขอบเขตพื้นที่ และสร้างความตึงเครียดทางสายตาไปพร้อมกัน โครงสร้างเหล็กทำหน้าที่ค้ำยันพื้นที่ภายใน พื้นผิวปูนซีเมนต์มอบบรรยากาศอันอบอุ่นให้กับร้าน โครงการนี้ใช้เวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จภายในห้าเดือน โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อถ่ายทอดอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ผ่านรูปทรงที่เรียบง่าย
