ኦፐስ ዋን ኣብ ሃንግዡ፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ 1300 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት መሸጣ እዩ። እቲ ዲዛይን ነቲ ኣብ ጥቓኡ ዝርከብ ሩባ ቺያንታንግ ከም ቴማ ወሲዱ፡ ንባእታ ማይ ናብ ውሽጢ የእቱ። መከላኸሊ ስልኪ ዝሓዘ መስትያታዊ መጋረጃታት ብተኸታታሊ ስርዓት ተሰሪዖም ኣለዉ፡ እቲ ፍርቂ-ግሉጽ ጠባዮም ድማ ነቲ ቦታ ፈኲስን ክፉትን ስምዒት ይህቦ። ኣብ ኣዳራሽ ሊፍት፡ ተመሳቒሎም ዝተሰርዑ ጂኦመትሪካዊ መስመራትን ትኹል ቅርጽታትን ቴክኖሎጂያዊ ባህርይ የጉልሑ። እቲ ናይ ድምጽን ስእልን ክፍሊ ቅርጺ መንኮርኮር ጠፈር ወሲዱ ኣሎ። ኣብ ኣዳራሽ መቐበሊ ዝርከብ ትርኢት ማይ ድማ ነቲ ጀርዲን ናብ ውሽጣዊ መልክዐ-መሬት ይቕይሮ።

- Unique Properties
- The project is close to the Qiantang River, has a unique ecological environment and an excellent geographical location, has the world-class high-tech park-Binjiang Science and Technology City, which attracts many IT industry head enterprises to settle here. The designer integrates the "water" element in the natural environment into the space and combines modern technology concepts. Constructed a futuristic modern technology "Ark" in the interior space.

- Wired glass screens are arranged in an array, and the semi-transparent texture gives the space a sense of lightness and transparency. Through the glass screen, the concept is strikingly presented in a spherical shape. Moving to the elevator hall, the geometric lines on the wall are staggered and overlapping, and the combination of vertical lines and tension injects more space into the space. The concept of technology is emphasized.

- We want to constructed a futuristic modern technology "Ark" in the interior space. The audio-visual room presents the shape of the spaceship in space, creating a surreal and creative concept space.the geometric lines of elevator hall are staggered and overlapping, and the combination of vertical lines and tension injects more space into the space. The concept of technology is emphasized.

- The project is located in the Olympic Sports section of Binjiang District, which is a key area for planning and development in Hangzhou. The project is close to the Qiantang River, has a unique ecological environment and an excellent geographical location, and has also become a national level The key science and technology development area has the world-class high-tech park-Binjiang Science and Technology City, which attracts many IT industry head enterprises to settle here.

- The scenery of the Qiantang River as the body of this project, and it is also the source of inspiration for the design, showing the ecology Quiet spiritual space.
