ረኪት ቤንኪዘር ኣብ ዋን ቻይ ዲስትሪክት ኦፍ ሆንግ ኮንግ ዝርከብ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ናይ ስራሕ ቦታ 290 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ውሽጣዊ ቦታ ዝሽፍን ኮይኑ፡ ኣብ 2019 ተዛዚሙ። ክፉት ትልሚ ኣቀማምጣ ናጻ ምንቅስቓስ የተባብዕ፡ ንፍሉይ ፍጻመታት ድማ ናይ ምትእኽኻብ ቦታ ይህብ። ኣዳራሻት ኣኼባ፡ እቲ ኣብ ልዑል ቦታታት ተዘርጊሑ ዘሎ ኮፍ መበሊ ቦታታት፡ ከምኡውን ንኣሽቱ ናይ ስራሕ ቦታታት፡ ንርክብ ወይ ብህድኣት ንምስራሕ ዘገልግሉ ቦታታት የቕርቡ። ጽምዉ ዝበሉ ናይ ዝባን ፓነላት ከምኡውን ሃብታም ናይ ባይታ ኤለመንታት ነቲ ብራንድ የንጸባርቑ። ብቁመት ክቕየሩ ዝኽእሉ ጣውላታት፡ ድምጺ ዝመጽዑ ካርፔታትን ናሕሲታትን ድማ ንምቾትን ጥዕናን ይድግፉ።

XLMS collaborated with the company’s leaders to create a space to nurture the organisation talent and values of creativity, performance and hospitality. The design promotes employee well-being and facilitates interaction.

- The open plan layout encourages employees to move freely and provides a gathering space for special events. Meeting rooms and scattered seating areas offer spaces to connect. Smaller work areas provide more private, quiet environments.
Wan Chai’s unique urban views and sunlight complement lighting and ergonomic height adjustable desks adjust for maximum comfort. Careful acoustic planning ensures that carpets and ceilings absorb sound and open areas are located away from workstations. - Project Duration
