ሎፍት ኣብ ሲንጋፖር ዝርከብ ናይ መንበሪ ኣፓርትመንት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ኣፓርትመንት 52 ትርብዒት ሜትር ስፍሓት ዘለዎ ኮይኑ፡ ብራኸ ናሕሱ ድማ 4 ሜትር እዩ። እቲ ኣብ መንጎ ክልተ ክፍልታት ድቃስ ዝነበረ መንደቅ ተላዒሉ፡ በዚ ድማ እቲ ቦታ ዝያዳ ሰፊሕን ክፉትን ኮይኑ ይስምዓካ። ስርዓተ-ውጥን ናይ ቦታ ብቁመታዊ ኣገባብ ዝተኸተለ ኮይኑ፡ ክፍሊ ድቃስ ኣብ ላዕለዋይ ሎፍት ተቐሚጡ ይርከብ። እቲ ሎፍት ብጎዳናዊ (cantilevered) ኣገባብ ብጎዱል ክፋል ዝተሰርሐ ብምዃኑ፡ ኣብ ጥቓ ካቢነ ክዳውንቲ ዝኾነ ኣዕኑድ የለን። ሓደ ናይ ብርጭቆ ፓነል ድማ ንክፍሊ ኮፍ መበሊን ክፍሊ ድቃስን ይፈላሊ፡ ካብ ተለቪዥን ዝመጽእ ድምጺ እውን ይድርት።

The Loft ናይ መንበሪ ኣፓርትመንት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ካብ ጽቡቕ ዝተዳለዉ ፍጥረታት ዝጽበዩ ሞያውን ኢንዱስትሪኣውን ጠለባት ንዝመላኡ ጽቡቓት ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ሓጺን ዓቢ ክእለት፣ ልዑል ፍሉይነት፣ ክኢላዊ ርድኢትን ፈጠራዊ ዓቕምን ፈጣርዮም የርእዩ። The Loft ናይ መንበሪ ኣፓርትመንት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ብብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን፣ ተግባራውን ሓድሽን ፍጥረት ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ንዝበለጹ ልምድታት ኢንዱስትሪ የጣምር፣ ምስ ፍልጠትን ተውህቦን ዝተኣሳሰሩ ብቑዓት ቴክኒካውያን ባህርያት ድማ ኣለዎ። The Loft ናይ መንበሪ ኣፓርትመንት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ብጥንቃቐኡ ይኽበር፣ ንዓለም ዝሓሸ ቦታ ክትኸውን ዝሕግዙ ምምሕያሻት መዓርግ ህይወት ንምቕራብ ድማ ዝተዳለወ እዩ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።
- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- Limitation to the space, design to hack the wall between the 2 bedrooms and space planning vertical instead of horizontal. Making use of the high ceiling, we design the bedroom up on the loft. Design enough space for home owner to socialize with family and friend yet still able to keep the sleeping area private. Home owner can still able to do all the essential daily needs in the house.

- Cantilever the loft with the hollow section is the key to support the sleeping area while also would not be seeing columns at the wardrobe and cluttered the space.

- Limited to the space provided, our client want to have leisure, wardrobe and coffee corner in a glance. Hence we hack 90 percent of the wall to give the area feel wider and airy.

- Home owner like to have CRAFTHOLIC cafe theme in the house, characters that were created by Japanese designer, Ikuko Yamamoto. Design to meet the home owner daily needs and desire lifestyle.

- Consider that privacy is needed to the sleeping area. We also divide the living and the sleeping area with glass panel. So the sound from Television won’t disturb the one who are sleeping.
