ኑስ ኣብ ቀረጤ፣ ግሪኽ ዝርከብ መንበሪ ቤት እዩ። ብቅርጺ "U" ዝቐረበ ቀንዲ ህንጸት ምስ ትሕቲ ባይታ ዝርከብ ቤት ኣጋይሽ ተጠሚሩ ኣሎ። ክልቲኦም ህንጸታት ናብ ደቡብ-ምብራቕ ገጽ ብዝለዓለ መጠን ፀሓይ ንኽረኽቡ ተዳልዮም ኮይኖም፣ ምስ ዝቕይር ኩርናዕ ናይ ፀሓይ ብመሰረት ወቕትታት ይሰማምዑ። ክልተ ናይ ጸሓይ ክፍልታት፡ ሓደ ብቐዋሚ መጽለሊ ዝተዳለወ፡ ካልእ ብዝዝውር መጽለሊ (blinds) ከምኡውን ብረዚን መንደቕ (mass wall) ዝተሓገዘ፡ ንባህርያዊ ምውዕዋዕን ምዝሕልልን የመዓራርዩ። ቀጠልያ ናሕስ፡ ናይ ማይ መጻወድያታት፡ ናይ ኣየር ምትንፋስ ቻናል (ventilation shaft) ከምኡውን ቁጽጽር ዝግበረሎም ናይ ናሕስ ክፉት ቦታታት ምቾት ሙቐት ኣብ ውሽጢ ህንጸት ይምዕብሉ። ፎቶቮልታይክ ፓነላት፡ ብጸሓይ ዝሰርሑ ናይ ማይ መውዕዋዒ ኣገልግሎታት ከምኡውን ጂኦተርማል ስሉኹ ናይ ኤነርጂ ጽልዋ ናብ ትሑት ደረጅ ይቕንሱ።

Nus መንበሪ ቤት ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Nus መንበሪ ቤት ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Nus መንበሪ ቤት ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።
- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- The main criteria for the architectural decisions made, were the need for low energy footprint building designs, as well as the views towards pure Cretan nature. Τhe main U shaped residence along with the underground guest house volume, maximize the southeast exposure of the building, while they are taking advantage of the different angle of the sun rays during the seasonal cycles.

- ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ
- For natural heating and cooling, we created two solar spaces, one with fixed shading, one with rotating blinds and a mass wall. Water surfaces on the south walls, the green roof, the hiding of the western light, the vertical ventilation shaft with small openings towards the North and the controlled shading roof openings, lead to thermal comfort conditions. Photovoltaic panels, solar water heaters and the vertical geothermal system, contribute to minimize the building’s ecological footprint.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- We believe in the integration of buildings into nature. Humble design tones present with more challenging architectural solutions, that take into account the sustainability and the ecological footprint of our built environment. Furthermore, the Cretan nature and landscape only needs a good frame to be appreciated or no frame at all. And this is what we did here. Minimum sq.meters, natural materials and welcoming volume decisions.
