About Shanghai Yuemao Mansion ናይ ኣብነት ክፍሊ ውሽጣዊ ስነ-ጥበብ ዲዛይን

ሻንግሃይ ዩኤማኦ ማንሽን ኣብ ጂያዲንግ ዲስትሪክት፣ ሻንግሃይ ንዝርከብ ናይ መንበሪ ህንጻ ልምዓት ዝተዳለወ ናይ ኣብነት ክፍሊ እዩ። እቶም ኣፓርትመንታት ንኣሽቱ ኮይኖም፣ ቀንዲ ኣቀማምጦታቶም ኣብ ውሽጢ 80 ክሳብ 90 ትርብዒት ሜትር ዝርከቦም እዮም። እዚ ዲዛይን ካብቲ ኣብቲ ህንጻ ዝተጠቐመ ናይ ሬዚን ሰን ፕለት (resin sun plate) ተበግሶ ረኺቡ። ቀጥታዊ ኤለመንታት ብተደጋጋሚ ዝቐርቡ ኮይኖም፣ ቴክኒካት ከኣ ንናእሽተይ ቦታ ንኽሰማማዑ ተቐላጢፎም ኣለዉ። ናይ ምንቅስቓስ ቦታታት ኣብ ውሽጢ ናይ ተግባራት ክፍልታት ተጠሚሮም፣ እዚ ድማ ንዝጥቀመሉ ቦታ ዘሰፍሕ እዩ። ኣብ ግልጋሎት ዝወዓሉ ማተርያላት ሽፋን ግርግንፎ (wallpaper) ፣ ሰን ቦርድ፣ ብረት ዝተሓቀነ ጌጥ፣ ግራይ ታይላት ከምኡ’ውን በጅ ዝበለ ማርበል ይርከቡዎም።

Unique Properties: PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite.

Production Technology: Plain Wallpaper, Sun Board, metal inlay, gray tiles, beige marble.
Design Challenge: The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
Research: The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space.
Inspiration: In the design of the passageway, the designer to metaphorical visual expression, the street lane of the city shade and Ancient Wood Jiagao "moved into" indoor.
Project Duration: The project began in Shanghai in March 2020 ，and was completed in Shanghai in September2020
