Book Text: Better than Perfect ኣብ ኢንተርነት ዝርከብ ብሎግ ናይ ምግቢ ናብ ዝተሓተመ ቅርጺ ዘመጸ መጽሔት ናይ ምግቢ እያ። እቶም ናይ ምግቢ ኣገባባት ፈጠራዊ ኮይኖም ግን ቀሊላት እዮም፣ ከምኡ’ውን ነፍሲ ወከፍ ናይ ምግቢ ኣገባብ ኣብ ክልተ-ገጽ ስፕረድ ምስ ዓበይቲ ስእልታትን ህያው ታይፖግራፍን ቀርቡ ኣሎ። እቲ ኣቀማምጣ ዓቢ ነጻ ቦታ ተጠቒሙ ልማዳዊ ናይ ምርኣይ ልምድታት ብምስባር ናይ ትርኢት ጭንቀት (visual tension) ይፈጥር። እቲ መጽሔት 22 ብ 31 ሳንቲሜተር ዓቐን ኣለዎ፣ ከምኡ’ውን 32 ገጻት ኣለዎ። ዳግም ዝተጠቐመ ናይ በርች ወረቐት፣ ዲጂታላዊ ሕትመትን ናይ ፈትሊ ስፍያትን ተጠቒሙ ተሰርሐ። ኢንደክስ ናይ ንዋያት (ingredients index) ንመጽሔት ዝዓጹ ኮይኑ፣ ከም ናይ ዕዳጋ ዝርዝር እውን ኪግልገል ይኽእል እዩ።

The original context of a cooking magazine, following a recipe, is being questioned. The aesthetics of the ingredients and the arrangement on the plate are paramount.
