About Ormankoy Community Centre ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ
ኦርማንኮይ ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ ኣብ ኢስታንቡል፡ ቱርኪ ዝርከብ ህዝባዊ ህንጻ እዩ። ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ቅርፊት ንባህሪ እቲ ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ ዝገልጽ ኮይኑ፡ ገፊሕ ብመስትያት ዝተሸፈነ ገጻት ድማ ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ቦታታት ናብቲ ኣብ ከባቢኡ ዘሎ ጫካ ይኸፍቶ። ናይ ሓጺን ቅርጺ መዋቕር ነቲ ፍሉይ ቅርጺ ዝፈጥር ኮይኑ፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ እቲ ናይ መሐምበሲ ቦታ ልዕሊ 18 ሜትሮ ዝዝርጋሕ ናይ ኮንክሪት ዓንድታት ይዓርፍ። ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ደረጃታት ዝርከቡ ክልተ ባዮሎጂካዊ ኩሬታት 4000 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍኑ ኮይኖም፡ ንእንስሳ ዘገዳምን ዘቤታውያን እንስሳታትን ንምክልኻል ድማ ሓያላት ኬሚካላት ተኣልዮም እዮም። እቲ ናይ ዕንጨይቲ ሽፋን ከም ወቕትታት እቲ ጫካ ምስ ግዜ ሕብሩን ኣቀማምጣኡን ክቕይር ትጽቢት ይግበረሉ።

Ormankoy Community Centre ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ ናይ ፕላቲኒም ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብሓቂ ፍሉይ፣ ጽቡቕን ዘስደምምን ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዝዓወቱ ፕላቲኒም ተኣምራት ፈጠራ እዮም፣ ንደረት ሓሳባዊ ፈጠራ ዝምስክሩ፣ ንዘይማዕረ ሞያዊነትን ጥበብን ዲዛይነራቶም ድማ የርእዩ። እዞም ዲዛይናት ንጽባቐ ዘመን ዝውስኑ፣ ንደሓንነት ሕብረተሰብ ዝሕግዙን ደረት ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝድፍኡን ዝተፈልጡ ስራሕቲ ክኾኑ ይጽበዩ። Ormankoy Community Centre ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ ልዕሊ ንቡር ደረጃ ብልጫ የርኢ፣ ብጥቕሚን ብዕዳጋን ዘለዎ ባህርያቱ ድማ ብዘይ ጥርጥር ንዓለም ዝሓሸ ቦታ የገብራ። Ormankoy Community Centre ማእከል ማሕበረሰብ ድሌታት ዘበራብር፣ ዘተባብዕ፣ ዘሐጉስን ዓቢይ ሓጐስ ዘምጽእን ናይ ፕላቲኒም ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ ስራሕ እዩ።

- Unique Properties
- Wooden shell forms the building's characteristics. Wide glazed façades expand the indoor spaces to nature.
Within the project area there are 2 ponds in different levels. Water quality of both ponds intended to be potable water. The use of hard chemicals has been avoided to ensure the safety of the guest's pets as well as the surrounding wildlife.
Wooden claddings which is expected to change its colour and texture in time - as seen in the seasonal changes of the forest- are used both in indoor and outdoor façades. - Tags

- Steel frame structure is what gives the unique shape of the building. From ground to 3rd basement levels, steel structure sits on concrete beams which spans over 18 meters above pool space.
- Inspiration
- Design is an abstraction of surrounding natural environment.
It's aimed to establish an intersection between Ormankoy Community Centre and the surrounded natural park with addition of biological pond which is 4000 sqm in size.
Compared to the natural park level, project building is located on the peak of the land which gives the opportunity of both to see and comprehend the natural park better and also to be seen and comprehended at the same time. - Project Duration
