About Jiangmen Gemdale Mingyue ማእከል መሸጣ
ጅያንግመን ጀምዳለ ሚንግዩ ኣብ ጓንግዶንግ ኣውራጃ፡ ኣብ ከተማ ጅያንግመን ዝርከብ ማእከል መሸጣ እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ 600 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ኮይኑ፡ ንበጻሕቲ ናይ ሓደስቲ ህንጻታት መደብ ህንጸት የቕርበሎም፡ በጻሕቲ ድማ ምስ ኣካየድቲ መሸጣ ተራኺቦም ኣብ ቦታኡ ኣባይቲ ክዕድጉ ይኽእሉ። መስመራትን ክሪስታላዊ ባእታታትን ተጣሚሮም ተሳናዪ ስፍራዊ ራእይ ይፈጥሩ። እቶም ተግባራዊ ከባቢታት ንጹር ዶባት የብሎምን፡ ኣብ ኩሉ እቲ ስፍራ ብስርዓት ተሰሪዖም ኣለዉ። "ገነት ኣዕዋፍ" እቲ ቀንዲ ኣርእስቲ ኮይኑ፡ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ባእታታት ምስ ከባቢያዊ ባህሊ የጣምር። እቶም ጥረ ነገራት ጻዕዳን ክሬማ ፒንታ ዝበሃል እምንን፡ ግራጫ እምኒ ካስልን ናይ ነሓሲ ዘይመንገዲ ብረትን የጠቓልሉ።

- Unique Properties
- Designers use the elements of lines and crystal in the interior design to create a harmonious and complementary spatial vision. There is no obvious boundary between the functional areas and various areas are scattered in space in order. As the main theme of the space, the design element, “Bird Paradise” integrates the natural elements with local culture and create a space which fits in with modern aesthetics.

- The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, where is the hometown of overseas Chinese. Also, designers integrate the exotic customs of Jiangmen Diaolou with the local culture as well as the Western architectural aesthetics and traditional Chinese culture.

- The project is located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about three months to finish the construction.
- Operation Flow
- The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
