W ናይ ፈረስ ማእለያ (Stud) ኣብ ዋፍራ ግብርናዊ ከባቢ ኩዌት፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ 10000 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ቦታ ተባሂሉ ዝተነድፈ ናይ ዕረፍቲ ገዛ እዩ። እዚ ገዛ ኣብ ልዕሊ መሬት 140 ሳንቲሜትር ልዕል ኢሉ ስለዝተሰርሐ፡ ናብቶም ኣብ ዙርያኡ ዝርከቡ ናይ ፈረስ ኣጣሪታት ገፊሕ ትርኢት ይኸፍት። ውጥን ናይቲ ህንጻ ናብ ክልተ ኣንፈታት ተኸፋፊሉ ኣሎ። ሓደ ኣንፈት ነቲ ናይ ፈረስ ማእሰርያ (stable) ዝሓዘ ክኸውን ከሎ፡ እቲ ካልእ ድማ ነቲ ናይ በዓል ክፍልታት፡ ናይ ምግቢ ክፍልን ናብቲ ናይ ምሕምበሲ ገንዳ ዝጥምት ገፊሕ ናይ ምቕማጥ ክፍልን ዝሓዘ እዩ። ሓደ 40 ሜትር ንውዓቱ ዘለዎ ጋለሪ (terrace)፡ ካብ ጸሓይን ሑጻን ንምክልኻል ብ3 ሜትር ናብ ደገ ዝወጣጠረ ናሕሲ ጽላል ተገይሩሉ ኣሎ። ስራሕ ህንጸት ድማ ኢንሱሌትድ ቀላል ክብደት ብሎካት፡ ብርጭቆ፡ ናይ ኮንክሪት ቅርጺ፣ ከምኡውን ቀላል ክብደት ዘለዎ ናይ ብረት ናሕሲ ተጠቒሙ እዩ።

- Unique Properties
- Built on a 10000-m2 site on a farms side of Wafra agriculture area, Kuwait. The house lifted 140 centimeters above the ground to maximize the views of the surrounding horse paddocks. The layout divided into two axes One of them contains the horse stable, while the other dedicated to the bedrooms, dinning and large living area overlocking the swimming pool.

- The 40m terrace shaded with 3m cantilevered roof increases the usable areas also created to work as a protection from the sun and the sandy weather of the region.

- the main challenge was making a villa for both horses and humans under one roof, we have also study horse behavior very well before the design.so that we can determine the partitioning design and limitation.

- Inspiration
- The main views from the house are quite turned to the desert landscaping, horses and the swimming pool. Guest and family spaces cover larger area of the house overlocking the swimming pool that surrounded with desert landscaping and horse arenas. We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy with maintaining the views.
