ቨርቹዋል ስቸነሪ ኣብ ማካው ዝርከብ፡ 485 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ገምገም ዘለዎ መንበሪ ገዛ እዩ። ዲዛይኑ ንተለዋዋጢ ገጽታ ናይ ሳይ ቫን ቀላይ ከም ቀንዲ ጭብጢ ወሲዱ እዩ ተሰሪሑ። ሕብርታት ማይን ማዕበልን ብዝተፈላለየ ጥዑም-ትኹረትን ኩርናዕን ተገሊጾም ኣለዉ፡ ንደገን ውሽጥን ድማ ሓደ ዓይነት ጭብጢ ተጠቒሙ ኣሎ። ናይ ዕንጨይቲ መወዳእታታትን ብንድፊ ዝተሰርሐ ወሊ ዕንጨይትን ንመንበሪ ቦታታት ምውቅ ይውስኹሎም። ዝተፈላለየ ጥልቀት ዘለዎም ሕብርታት ነቲ ተግባራዊ ዞባታት ይፈላልዩ። ደረጃታት ጸሊም ናይ ብረት በትሮች ምስ ናይ ሻምፐይን ሕብሪ ኢድ-መተሓዝቲ ዝተሓወሱ እዮም። ትሑት ክሮማ ዘለዎም ንጥረ-ነገራት ንዓይነታዊ ጸቕጢ ብምንካይ ንህዱእ ሃዋህው ይድግፉ።

- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- The wood finishes of overall interior increase the warmth of living, and the patterned wood floor shows the changeable Sai Van Lake. The arrangement of color depth divides the area functions and increases the scale of space. As the intermediate space that connects upper floor and lower floor, the stairs impress the users with black metal bars and champagne handrails of vivid colors. Regular color proportion creates such visual extension that connects two areas.

- The main idea of this case is the ever-changing lake. With different densities and angles, the color of water and waves is visualized, showing the virtual image of Sai Van Lake. The exterior and interior are designed by the same theme yet different expressions. The materials and colors are engaged to make inside and outside consistent, and meanwhile profound.
