ማኤስቶሶ ካብ ዘሎ ህንጻ ናይ 1970ታት ብምሕዳስ ዝተፈጠረ ሆተል እዩ። እዚ ንድፍ ንኣረጊት ህንጻታት ሆተል ዘድልዮም ሓድሽ መልክዕን ሓድሽ ኣገልግሎታትን ንምዕባይ ዘተኣማምን ስትራተጂ ይህብ። እቲ ቀንዲ ክፋል ናይ ገጽ ህንጻ (ፋሳድ) ቅርጺ እዩ፣ ዘሎ ተወሳኺ ባልኮናት ደጊፉ ንመልክዕ እቲ ህንጻ ምስ ከባቢያዊ ትሕዝቶ ዝቀላቐለ ይገብር። እቲ ፋሳድ ብፓራሜትሪክ ኣገባብ ዝተነደፈ ኮይኑ፣ ብCNC ምልጋም ካብ ዝቐርጹ ናውቲ ዕንጨይቲ ዝተሰርሐ እዩ። ብውሽጢ ፣ ግድግዳታት ተልጭዮም እቲ ሓርፋፍ ኮንክሪት ቅርጺ ንክግለጽ ተገይሩ፣ ካብ ዕንጨይትን ማዕድንን ዝተሰርሐ ኣቕርቦት ኣቕርቦት ድማ ውዑይ ስምዒት ይውስኽ።

Maestoso ሆተል ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ካብ ጽቡቕ ዝተዳለዉ ፍጥረታት ዝጽበዩ ሞያውን ኢንዱስትሪኣውን ጠለባት ንዝመላኡ ጽቡቓት ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ሓጺን ዓቢ ክእለት፣ ልዑል ፍሉይነት፣ ክኢላዊ ርድኢትን ፈጠራዊ ዓቕምን ፈጣርዮም የርእዩ። Maestoso ሆተል ብብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን፣ ተግባራውን ሓድሽን ፍጥረት ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ንዝበለጹ ልምድታት ኢንዱስትሪ የጣምር፣ ምስ ፍልጠትን ተውህቦን ዝተኣሳሰሩ ብቑዓት ቴክኒካውያን ባህርያት ድማ ኣለዎ። Maestoso ሆተል ብጥንቃቐኡ ይኽበር፣ ንዓለም ዝሓሸ ቦታ ክትኸውን ዝሕግዙ ምምሕያሻት መዓርግ ህይወት ንምቕራብ ድማ ዝተዳለወ እዩ።

- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- The Maestoso hotel is a renovation of an existing 1970s building. The project proposes a new and sustainable way of renovating old hotel buildings, which are in need of a new character and new facilities. The main feature of the design is the façade structure, which on one hand, serves as supporting structure for the added balconies, while on the other hand, it blends the buildings appearance with the surrounding landscape.

- The realization of the project required a completely three dimensional approach to the structure as well as the interior organization of the space. The façade was parametrically modeled and produced with CNC milling out of wooden beams. On the inside, the walls were brushed and cleaned to reveal the rough concrete structure. Furnishing made of wood and metal was inserted to add additional warmth to the interior space.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- The main inspiration for the design can be found in the traditional white fence that surrounds the pastures of the white Lipizzaner horses. The fences are a recognizable regional motif that is carried onto the building envelope, creating a bond between the large hotel volume and the local landscape. The intent of the project was to propose a sustainable approach to hotel renovation, where instead of demolishing an old building, we propose a repurposing and expansion of the existing structure.
