ጅንማኦ ፓላስ ኣብ ዞባ ፈንግታይ፡ ቤጂንግ፡ ኣብ ጥቓ ወንዲንግ ወሓዚ ዝርከብ ማእከል ሽያጥ እዩ። ውሽጣዊ ክፋሉ ኣብ ናይ ንግዲ ታሕተዋይ ደርቢ 682 ትርብዒት ሜተር ይሽፍን። እቲ ዲዛይን ብመሰረት ናይ ዓሰርተው ሓሙሽተ ደቒቕ ማሕበረሰብ ናብራ ክቢ ዝብል ሓሳብ እናተመርሐ፡ መልክዓ-ምድርን ገጠራውን ቴማታት ናብ ከተማ የእቱ። ብዕዳጋታትን ካፈታትን ዝተነሳስኡ ዕማማት ኣብ ውሽጢ እቲ ቦታ ይቕመጡ፡ ዶባት ዝተፈላለዩ ከባቢታት ድማ ይለስልሱ። እቲ ኣዳራሽ መቐበሊ ብመብራህቲ ማይ ዝተማልአ ኮይኑ፡ ድርብ-ቁመት ዘለዎ ናይ ረዚን ኣክሪሊክ መጋረጃ ድማ ናይቲ መቐበሊ ድሕረ-ባይታ ስእሊ ማይ የንጸባርቕ።

Jinmao Palace ማእከል ሽያጥ ናይ ብሩር ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ንጽቡቓት፣ ልዑላትን ዘስደምምን ላዕለዋይ ደረጃ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ብዘይተለምደ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ብሩር ፍሉይ ክእለት፣ ተውህቦን ጥበብን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘርእዩ ኣዚዮም ዘብርሁን ብዙሕ ፈጠራውያንን ስራሕቲ እዮም። Jinmao Palace ማእከል ሽያጥ ዝበለጸ፣ ምሳሌ ዝኾነ፣ ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ብዕምቆት ሓድሽን ስራሕ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ብሩር ሽልማት A' Design Award ብዙሕ ዝተራእየን ዝደነቐን ፈጠራ እዩ፣ ጥቕሚ ዘምጽእን ደረት ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዘስፍሕን። Jinmao Palace ማእከል ሽያጥ ብብዙሕ ዝቐንኣሉ ፍጥረት እዩ፣ ድሌታት ዘበራብር፣ ጽቡቕ ስምዒታት ዘምጽእን ሰንቢድን ምድናቕን ዘበራብርን።

- ፍሉያት ባህርያት
- It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.

- The main materials in this project are terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain transfer printing, wood finish, Pu stone skin, resin acrylic.

- The project is based on the commercialgroundfloor. The structure is overloaded, and the space lacks the sense of structure.
- ምርምር
- The design fully considers the interest of space. The designer starts with architectural thinking and enhances the spatial level to create a different way of experience. The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.

- The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
- ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት
- According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
