ሲቲስታርስ ሄሊዮፖሊስ ኣብ ግብጺ ዝርከብ ድብልቕ ኣገልግሎት ናይ ሽያጭ ህንጻ ኮይኑ፣ ንመጀመርታ ግዜ ኣብ 2004 ተኸፊቱ። እዚ ህንጻ ሕጂ ኣብ ትሕቲ ዕደላ (ተሓድሶ) ዝርከብ ኮይኑ፣ 250,000 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ጠቕላላ ገፅ ወለል ኣለዎ። እቲ ተሓድሶ ንህንጻ ስነ-ህንጻ፣ ውሽጣዊ ንድፍታት፣ መብራህቲ፣ ኣንፈት-ምርካብ (wayfinding)፣ መልክዕ-መሬትን ዘላቕነትን ብሓደ ዝተወሃሃደ ኣገባብ ዝሽፍን እዩ። ሸሞንተ ደረጃታት ኣብ ልዕሊ ሓደ ብሎክ ከተማ ተዘርጊሖም ይርከቡ። እቲ ጎባያዊ ቅርጺ ንፍስሰት ናይ ወንዚ ኒል ዘመልክት እዩ። ኣርባዕተ ኣትሪየማት፣ ብስም ኦርዮን፣ ኤክሊፕስ፣ ሶላሪስን ስታርፖርትን ዝፍለጡ፣ ንውሽጣዊ ቅርጺ ይቐርጹ። ናይ ጽላል ህንጸታት፣ ሓደ ቀላይ፣ ኦም-ኦም ግራምን ተኽልታትን ነቲ ቦታ ንምዝሕልል ይሕግዙ።

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
