እንኩበይተር (The Incubator) ንኒኡ-ወለድቲ ናይ ቴክኖሎጂ ትካላት ዝኸውን ናይ ሓባር-ስራሕ ቦታ እዩ። ናይ ውሽጢ ንድፊኡ ንህይወታውነት፡ ርክብን ተለዋዋጥነትን ብዝምጥን መንገዲ ተታሒዙ ተሓሲቡ፡ ከምኡ’ውን ንሓባራዊ ቦታታት ምስ ውልቃዊ ብሕትውና ዝሚዛነ ኣገባብ ይኽተል። እቲ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ክልተ ክፋላት ኣለዎ፡ ንሳቶም ድማ፦ ዘይወግዓዊ ናይ ምትሕብባር ቦታታት፡ ከምኡ’ውን ውልቃዊ ቤት-ጽሕፈታትን ናይ ኣኼባ ክፍልታትን። ብዙሓት ነናቶም ዝኾኑ ተግባራዊ ቦታታት ንሓባራዊ ንጥፈታት ኣብ ሓደ ገፊሕ ናይ እኩብ ቦታ ክዋሃሃዱ ይኽእሉ እዮም። ናይ ብርጭቆ ክፍልታት ነቲ ውሽጢ ክፉትን ብግቡእ ብርሃን ዝረኸበን ኮይኑ ይሕልውዎ። ትሑት ናይ ብርሃን ነጸብራቕ ዘለዎም ንጥረ-ነገራት፡ ማት ዝገጽታኦም ክፋላትን ኣሰር-ኣጻብዕ ዘይርእዩ መወዳእታታትን ድማ ምሕዞ ቀሊል ይገብርዎ።

The Incubator ናይ ውሽጢ ንድፊ ናይ ሓባር-ስራሕ ቦታ ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ካብ ጽቡቕ ዝተዳለዉ ፍጥረታት ዝጽበዩ ሞያውን ኢንዱስትሪኣውን ጠለባት ንዝመላኡ ጽቡቓት ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ሓጺን ዓቢ ክእለት፣ ልዑል ፍሉይነት፣ ክኢላዊ ርድኢትን ፈጠራዊ ዓቕምን ፈጣርዮም የርእዩ። The Incubator ናይ ውሽጢ ንድፊ ናይ ሓባር-ስራሕ ቦታ ብብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን፣ ተግባራውን ሓድሽን ፍጥረት ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ሓጺን ሽልማት A' Design Award ንዝበለጹ ልምድታት ኢንዱስትሪ የጣምር፣ ምስ ፍልጠትን ተውህቦን ዝተኣሳሰሩ ብቑዓት ቴክኒካውያን ባህርያት ድማ ኣለዎ። The Incubator ናይ ውሽጢ ንድፊ ናይ ሓባር-ስራሕ ቦታ ብጥንቃቐኡ ይኽበር፣ ንዓለም ዝሓሸ ቦታ ክትኸውን ዝሕግዙ ምምሕያሻት መዓርግ ህይወት ንምቕራብ ድማ ዝተዳለወ እዩ።

- The Incubator is a co-working space and nurturing hub for start-up technology companies. Considering its business nature, we intend to create a working environment with vitality, connectivity and flexibility.
Our design succeeded in fulfilling the needs of public spaces and privacy. The office is comprised of 2 segments: the informal collaboration spaces and individual offices and meeting rooms, which catered for communal events, cross-company interaction as well as private working spaces. - መለለዪታት

- Materials are carefully picked, visual comfort with low light reflectivity and matt surface, soft touch, anti-fingerprint, thermal healing of superficial micro scratches provides easy maintenance of the space.
Through the use of glass compartments, the overall space is spacious and well-lighted whether it has an external window or not; the top lighting frame is matched with the regular grid to modify the open pipeline in the ceiling. - ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- When stepping into the place, visitors are greeted by the metallic green panel, also greenery set on the light troughs in main office, which foresees the environment-oriented business and creates a relaxed space for idea exchange.
Different from traditional companies, this incubator requires greater flexibility with few fixed work stations. Considering this, the designer created several independent functional areas, which can conduct a large holistic gathering space when combined together. - ኣባላት ጋንታ
