ፕራንስ ኣብ ሽንቹ፡ ታይዋን ዝርከብ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ኮይኑ፡ 291 ትርብዒት ሜትር ስፍሓት ዘለዎ እዩ። ናይ ግራይስኬል ሕብሪ ምስ ዕንጨይቲ ተጣሚሩ ንቦታ ውዑይነት የምጽእ። ካብ ሓጺንን ማርብልን ዝተሰርሐ ክፉት መደያይቦ ናይ ምትሕልላፍ ውጽኢት ይፈጥር፣ ኣብ መእተዊ እውን ማእከላይ ትኹረት ይኸውን። እቲ ዝገዘፈ መጀመርታ ስድሪ ናይቲ ቦታ ማእከል ዝእምት እዩ። ናይ ዕንጨይቲ መፈላለዪ ንኣዒንታዊ ቁመት ዘናውሕ ኮይኑ፡ ንግላዊነት እውን ዘረጋግጽ እዩ። እቲ መእተዊ ብስፍሓት ጸቢብ ኮይኑ፡ ኣብቲ ልዑል ናሕሲ ዘለዎ ከባቢ ግና ይግፋሕ። ቀጥታዊ መብራህቲ ንምንቅስቓስ ይመርሕ፣ ገፋሕቲ መስኮታት ድማ ንነፍሲ ወከፍ ደርቢ ተፈጥሮኣዊ ብርሃን የእትዉ።

Prance ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Prance ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Prance ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ናይ ፕረስ ኪት

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The space, sharp and simple futuristic throughout, underlines a consistent experience that begins at the visual focus at the entrance, which demonstrates permeability and comfort while creating a capacious working environment.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: 291 ㎡
ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: Materials with a modern touch are applied while grayscale tone and wood set off the warmth of the space. The traffic flow is layered and the design skillfully visualizes compression to expansion that strengthens the tension. Wooden partition visually extends the height and provides privacy. The arrayed effect the curved board create and the linear lighting that lead the traffic flow of the space shape a sharp futuristic ambience with modern minimalist. Mood is transformed at each step one takes while walking towards a wonderful future.
ምርምር: Open staircases with metal and marble create a see-through effect and act as the focal point at the entrance while injecting liveliness. The enlargement of the starter step makes it the center of the space. Glass and tiles are used to distinguish areas. Appropriately designed blank spaces make the space lighter. Natural light can pass through big windows and allows the interaction of each floor and create a sense of flow.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: It’s on the designer’s mind to create an ambience that invites visitors to soak up a restrained but comforting ambience through the careful design which illustrates the balance and harmony among technology, humanity and art while fulfilling the expectation of a wonderful life in the space towards future through this vision-to-mind experience.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project started in July 2021 and finished in March 2022 in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: The scale of the entryway is purposely compressed then expanded at the high ceiling area to respond to the wooden partition that extends visual height and the tension of the space.
