ፖሊ ሃንኮው ማርክ ኣብ ሃንኮው፡ ዉሃን፡ ቻይና ዝርከብ ማእከል መሸጣ እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ 722 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ዝሽፍን ኮይኑ ኣብ 2021 ተዛዚሙ። ናይ ብረት ኮዋኽብቲ ቶተማት፡ ክሪስታል መብራህትን ስእላዊ ቅርጽታት ህንጻን ኣብ መቐበሊ ኣደራሽ ስነ-ጥበባዊ ሃዋህው ይፈጥሩ። ጸሊም መስትያት ዘለዎ ናይ ብረት ናሕሲ ምስሊ እታ ኸተማ የንጸባርቕን ዘመናዊ ቅዲ የጉልሕን። በጻሕቲ ኣብ መንጎ ብርሃንን ጽላሎትን ንጽጽር ዘለዎ መተሓላለፊ ይኽተሉ። ብሽቦ ዝተጠናኸረ መስትያት ንጡፍ ትርኢት እታ ኸተማ ብልኡም ኣገባብ የቕርብ። እቲ ንድፊ ንኸባብያዊ ቅርጽታት ህንጻ ምስ ዘመናዊ ከተማዊ ህይወት የራኽብ።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: The designer transforms the social circle's positioning into a concrete symbol, extracting visual elements from "modern classic" characteristics. The philosophy of simplicity and elegance and exquisite details are integrated into the sales center, allowing visitors to be immersed in the imagination of urban life and aesthetic experience.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: An artistic ambience is created in the reception hall by virtue of star totems with affluent metal materials and rich shapes, together with the shadow of crystal lighting and the silhouettes of architecture. The steel ceiling with inky mirror reflects the epitome of city, integrates the classic culture from the luxury brand and highlights the modernist style.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The core design of this project lies on the effective connection between living environment and city, showing further pursuit for lifestyle and quality of life. Starting with the positioning of the product's style, the designer creates a new urban space where history, culture and spiritual civilization meet. By integrating the essence of the local and carrying the modernity, the designer wishes to awaken people's deep knowledge and inner identity of urban culture in a new experience of elegance.
ምርምር: Since ancient times, Hankou has been praised as "the first prosperous place in Chu State. Due to its docks culture and commercial ports, it boasts great competitiveness both at home and aboard. Hankou culture we feel comes from the surging river, flowing through thriving past to modern urban life. The project site's cultural vein, which is a fusion of China and the West, is integrated into the space by using a stylish, elegant, and modern bright-line approach, creating an appealing atmosphere.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: Inspired by the artistic dialogue between ancient and modern times, the designer strives to continue the aesthetic elements of the local architecture in silhouette form. By combining the elegant temperament and aesthetic essence of international luxury brands, the designer works to infuse the urban spirit of fashion, elegance, and modernity into the space.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project is located in Hankou, Wuhan, China and completed in 2021.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: Following the guide line, visitors will walk along a passage with contrast between light and shade, which connects the old shadow of the building and the new trend of the city. The designer deconstructs and connects gemstones and color genes, creating a beautiful visual image of hollow art lighting interlocking with each other. The wired glass frames the city's bustling image in a hazy manner, continuing the beauty of local architecture through silhouette.
