ከተማ ደሴታት ኣብ ዜንሩ ንኡስ-ማእከል ናይ ፑቱኦ ዲስትሪክት፣ ሻንግሃይ፣ ንዝርከብ 15 ሄክታር ቦታ ዝተዳለወ ናይ ከተማ ዲስትሪክት ፕላን እዩ። እዚ ፕላን ቀደም ናይ ብራውንፊልድ (ዝበከለ ቀደም ኢንዳስትርያዊ) ቦታ ኔይሩ ናብ ውሁድ ዲስትሪክት ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት፣ መንበሪ ኣባይትን ናይ ዲጂታል ኢነቫሽንን ተግባራት ይቕይሮ። ማይን ቀጠልያ ቦታታትን ከም ቀጠልያ ኢንፍራስትራክቸር ኮይኖም ኣብ ምቁጽጻር ናይ ውሑጅ ማይ ዝሓግዙን ናይ ዕለታዊ ናብራ ኣብ ከተማ ዘመሓይሹን እዮም። ቀጠልያ ህንጻታት ብዝተፈትሐ ኣቀማምጣ ተዘርዚሮም ደሴታት ይፈጥሩ። ኣብ ዙርያ ናይ ከተማ ዋና መንገዲ ዝርከቡ ናይ ንግዳዊ ኣገልግሎት ትካላት ድምጽን ናይ ትርኢት ምዝንባልን ይቕንሱ።

Water and green are key to urban islands. They serve as green infrastructure to help manage storm floods and improve citizen experience, and are the brand-new epitome of urban brownfield transition. Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
