ቪላ ኤስተል፡ ኣብ ዱባይ እትርከብ፡ ንተፈጥሮን ቅንጸላን ብሞያዊ ክእለት ዝተዳለወት ናይ ምስጋና መግለጺ እያ። ኣብ ኩሉ ቦታታት ፍሉይ ኣከባቢ እናሃንጸትን ኣብ ዝተፈላለዩ ዝርዝራታ ዝተሓብኡ ስሱዓት ትርጉማት እናሃበትን። እዛ ቅንጸላዊት ቪላ እዚኣ ንጽባሕቲ፡ ባህሪን ኣነባብራን ናይ ወናኒት የንጸባርቕ። ከም ሶላር ፓነላት፡ ቀጠልቲ ጽላታት፡ ናይ ዝናብ ማይ ምእካብ ስርዓትን ስማርት ቴክኖሎጂ ናይ ገዛን ዝኣመሰሉ ዘላቕነት ዘለዎ ዲዛይን መትከላት ብምውህሃድ፡ ኣብ ሃዋህው ዝወርድ ጽልዋን ናይ ጸዓት ወጻኢታትን የጉድል። ብቐሊሉ ዝርከብ ጽብቕትን ስሉጥነትን ብፍሉይ ዝተሰርሑ ኣቑሑትን ኣቀማምጣታትን ፍጹም ሓድሕዳዊ ዝዀነ ሰናይ ቦታታት ዝፈጥር የማርኽ።

- The luxury villa design is a reflection of the owner's taste, personality, and lifestyle. It incorporates sustainable design principles such as solar panels, green roofs, and rainwater harvesting systems, reducing environmental impact and energy costs. Smart home technology enables remote control of lighting, temperature, and security. High-quality materials such as marble, hardwood, and natural stone ensure durability, and customization options include bespoke furnishings and layouts.

- The research aimed to create a luxurious villa that reflects the owner's lifestyle, taste, and personality, with sustainable design principles, smart home technology, high-quality materials, and customization options. Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including literature reviews, surveys, interviews, and observations. Employing various research tools such as online survey platforms, interview guides, and observation checklists .

- The bespoke villa reflects the owner's taste, personality, and lifestyle in addition to incorporating sustainable design principles, smart home technology, high-quality materials, customization options, and a stunning location.
