T10 ዕዳጋ ማእከል ኣብ ማእከላይ ንግዳዊ ከባቢ ጆንግዩዋን፣ ጀንግጆው፣ ቻይና ዝርከብ ንስድራቤት ዝዓለመ ናይ ዕዳጋ ማእከል እዩ። እቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፍሊ ኣብ ውሽጢ 3 ኪሎሜተር ራድየስ ንዝነብሩ 1.7 ሚልዮን ህዝቢ የገልግል። እቲ ዲዛይን ዕብየት ስድራቤት ምስ ምክፍፋል ዋህዮታት የመሳስሎ፣ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ደርቢ ድማ ምስ ዝተፈላለየ ጉጅለ ድኳናት ዝተኣሳሰረ ዝተፈላለየ ደረጃ ዕብየት ይውክል። ተጠዋዊ ቅርጽታት ነቲ ቦታ ይሕንጽጽዎን ነቶም ደረጃታት የራኽብዎን። እቲ ፕሮጀክት ናይ ሓደ ዝዓበየ ዕጹው ንግዳዊ ህንጻ ምሕዳስ ኮይኑ፣ ንስድራቤታት ኩሉ ዕድመ ውዑይን ምቹእን ቦታ የቕርብ።

The main focus is on family-oriented consumers of all ages, aiming to integrate fashion into the lifestyle of families and provide a warm and comfortable shopping center.

- This project is located in the core business circle of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou, which is the overall transformation and upgrading of the old closed business. Stripped of the changing buildings of the industrial era, the project is a stock transformation + new business model output, and will be positioned as a new trend family shopping center.
- ምንጪ ሓሳብ
- The formation of a family is a process of growth, much like the development of an embryo cell that takes various forms through division and combination. The design utilizes different floors to represent different stages of growth, from nostalgic beginnings to active growth, healthy development, and the comforting joy of life, corresponding to various business formats on different levels, creating a shopping space with the DNA of a family.
