Book Text: ሶንግያ ኣብ ጓንግዞው ንዝርከብ 355 ትርብዒት ሜትር ገዛ ዝተዳለወ ናይ መንበሪ ቤት ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። እዚ ፕሮጀክት ዘመናዊ ምብራቓዊ ኣገባብ ይኽተል። ናይ ቻይና ኢንክ ባህርያት ብዘመናውያን ንጥረ ነገራት ማለት ተፈጥሮኣዊ ዕንጨይቲ፡ ማይክሮሲመንት፡ እምንን ማዕድንን ኣቢሎም ይግለጹ። ጠውይ ዝበሉ ቅርጽታትን ቀሊላት መስመራትን ነቲ ቦታ ህዱእን ተዋሃሂዱ ዝኸይድን ባህሪ ይህብዎ። ናይ መንበሪ፡ ማሕበራውን መዘናግዒን ቦታታት ምስ መዓልታዊ ድሌታት ዝሰማምዑ ኮይኖም ተሰሪዖም ኣለዉ። ከም ገፊሕ ግቢ ዝኣመሰሉ ፍርቂ-ክፉት ቦታታት ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ቦታ ምስቲ ደገዊ ከባቢ የተኣሳስርዎ። ዕላማኡ ኣብ ውሽጢ ከተማ ህዱእን ምቹእን መዕረፊ ቦታ ምሃብ እዩ።

Chinese ink elements are conveyed through modern materials, highlighting the elegance and charm of the Eastern style. Using curved contours, it shows the inclusive and harmonious nature of Chinese culture, narrating the poetic atmosphere of "embracing secluded mountains within the city."

- In the post-pandemic era, people added new needs such as removing natural habitats from the hustle and bustle and being able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The low density, semi-open spaces such as large terraces and roof gardens allow the living space to better blend in with the natural environment of the outside world. Breaking away from everyday inertial lifestyle habits and getting along with another inner self is like taking a long vacation.
