ኔክስት ኮለክሽን ምስ መልክዐ-ምድር ግሪን ኬፕ ብዝተኣሳሰረ ኩነታት ዝተሃንጸ ናይ መንበሪ ሕንጻ እዩ። እዚ ህንጻ ኣብ ልዕሊ ሓደ ጀርዲን ዝሓቖፈ ፖድየም ዝርከቡ ሰለስተ ነናጻ ክንፍታት (ዊንግስ) ዝሓቖፈ እዩ። ናይ ላዕሊ ናሕሲ ድማ ከም ማሕበራዊ ቦታ ኮይኑ ዝሰርሕ ኮይኑ፡ ቤት-መግቢ፡ ባር ከምኡውን ናይ ምሕምባስ ገንዳ ዝሓቖፈ እዩ። ኣቀማምጣ እቶም ክንፍታት ኣብ መንጎ ኣፓርታማት ከምኡውን እቲ ኣብ ፖድየም ዝርከብ ጀርዲን ንጹር ፍሰት ክህሉ ይድግፍ። ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ ድማ ምስ ናይ ባሕሪ ጭብጢ (ናውቲካል ቲም) ከምኡውን ህዱእ ናይ ሕብርታት ምርጫ ዝተኣሳሰረ ብዝቕነየ ኣገባብ ዝተኸተለ እዩ። እዚ ንድፊ ኦርጋኒክ ቅርጽታት ምስቲ ዙርያኡ ዘሎ ቶፖግራፊ የወሃህድ።

Overcoming these obstacles required a nuanced approach, integrating diverse elements while maintaining the project's integrity. "Next Collection" stands as a testament to transcending challenges, a synthesis of creativity navigating historical, social, and external factors, resulting in a design that seamlessly blends the contemporary with the contextual.
Research: The design research for "Next Collection" encompasses a contextual exploration focused on organic integration. Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software. Residents, key participants, influenced the functional distribution and layout. Results showcase a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality. Insights highlight the project's impact on modern living, influencing societal and design perspectives.
