ዘ ቨርዳንት ሲንዲኬት ኣብ ሄናን፡ ቻይና ኣብ ዝርከብ 4,269 ትርብዒት ሜትሮ ስፍሓት ዘለዎ ናይ ቀደም ሕርሻዊ መሬት ዝተሃንጸ ዝተሓዋወሰ ኣገልግሎት ዝህብ ህንጻዊ ውሁድ እዩ። እዚ ውሁድ ተፈጥሮ፡ ቀጻልነትን ማሕበረሰብን ኣብ ውሽጢ ከተማዊ ኩነታት ዘራኽብ ኮይኑ፡ ነቲ ሕርሻዊ ውርሻ ናይቲ መሬት እናኽበረ ንነበርቲ ከባቢ ኣታዊ ይፈጥር። ስርዓተ ምሕደራ ማይ ዝናብ ንማይ ዝናብ ይእክብን የጻርን፡ ብሓይሊ ስሕበት ምድሪ ዝሰርሑ ቱቦታት ገይሩ ድማ የመሓላልፎ፡ በዚ ድማ ኣትክልቲ ብውሑድ ኣጠቓቕማ ሓይሊ ይሕገዙ። ተዓጻጻፊ ስርዓት ሰሌዳ ተኽሊ ንተኻረይቲ ኣሃዱታት ክውስኹ ወይ ከልግሱ የኽእሎም፡ ናይ ሓባር ቦታታት ድማ ናብ ቀጠልያ ቦታታት ክቕይሩ የኽእሎም።
