ፕሪስቲን ንኣብ ውሽጢ ገዛ ዝርከብ ስድራ ቤት ዝተዳለወ መንበሪ ውሽጣዊ ንድፊ እዩ። ኣብቲ ህዝባዊ ቦታ፡ ዕንጨይቲ-እምኒ (ማርብል) ኣብ ፍሉይ ግድግዳታት፡ ኣብ ፈርኒቸራት፡ ከምኡ'ውን ኣብ ገለ ክፋላት ናይ ግንባራት ገጽታታት ጥቕሚ ላይ ውዒሉ፡ ሰፊሕን ተኸታታልን ዝኾነ ትግባረ (ተክስቸር) ይፈጥር። ኣብ ግድግዳታትን ወለልን ዘሎ ዕንጨይቲ ድማ ነቲ ካብቶም ገፋሕቲ ናይ እምኒ ገጽታታት ዝርአ ከቢድ ስምዒት ይቕንሶ፣ ኣብ ርእሲ'ዚ ድማ መስትያታትን ናይ ብረት ዝርዝራትን ንቦታ ተወሳኺ ዕምቆት ይውስኹሉ። ሓደ ናይ መስትያት ቅስቲ (ኣርች) ንመእተዊ እቲ ህዝባዊ ቦታ ዘመልክት ኮይኑ፡ ንሓደ ህንጻዊ ዓንዲ (ስትራክቸራል ቢም) ይሽፍን። ናይ ጣርያ ስራሓትን ብዝተፈላለየ ስፍሓት ዝተሰርሑ መስመራትን ድማ ነቲ ውሽጣዊ ክፋል ምስቲ ካብ ደገ ዝረአ ትርኢት የተኣሳስርዎ። ክፍሊ ኮፍ መበሊ (ሳሎን)፡ ክሽነን ናይ ጽሕፈት/መጽናዕቲ ክፍልን ክፉታት መሲሎም ክንሶም፡ ነናቶም ፍሉይነት ሓልዮም ይቕጽሉ።

- Unique Properties
- In the public area, the visual walls, furniture and some of the façades are made of marble materials, adding a large texture. The texture of the marble is stretched out by the texture of the marble; in order to reduce the heavy feeling of the large-faced stone, it is integrated into the wall and the floor of the wood, and is decorated with mirrors and metal details to enhance the spatial level.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The interior space is about 70 feet.Living room, kitchen and multi-functional study, which seem to be open but separate, are not only the plan for sharing large-scale windows and creating a broad vision, but also allowing all family members to enjoy each other. Think about the pattern of communication with each other.
- Production Technology
- With the width of different ceilings and lines, the vision can be connected with the natural scenery out of the window to create a sense of depth in the space. Before entering the public area, the mirror arch constitute the space division, and it’s overcome the pressure beam, and the second is to make the line of sight gradually progressive and extend each other.
