ኮመርሻል ስፔስ ኣብ ታይፐይ ናይ ዝጸንሐ ኣረጊት መንበሪ ቤት ኣብ ዝተሓደሰሉ እዋን ዝተፈጥረ ናይ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን እዩ። እቲ ኣስታት ሓምሳ ዓመታት ኣቐዲሙ ዝተሰርሐ ነዊሕ ዙርያዊ መንደቕ ተኣልዩ፡ ነቲ ቅድሚት ዝርከብ ገዛእ-ግቢ ናብ ጽርግያ ንኽኽፈት ተገይሩ። ዝተወደአ ኮንክሪትን ጻዕዳ እምንን ነቲ ሓድሽ ገጽ-ምድሪ ኪፈጥሩ ከለዉ፡ ሓደ ናይ ኣትክልቲ መንደቕ ከኣ ንቐጠልያ ኣቕሓ ናብ ህንጻ ኣቕሪብዎ። ኣብ ውሽጢ፡ እቲ በዅሪ ናይ ቀይሕ ጡብ ገጽ ተዓቚቡ፡ ሓደስቲ ኣፍ-መዓጹ ኸኣ ኣብቲ ናይቲ ከባቢ ጠሊ ዘለዎ ኩነታት ኣየር ንዝርገሐ ኣየርን ንቑጽጽር ሙቐትን ይድግፉ። እቲ ክፉት ጀርዲን ንጐረባብትን መንገደኛታትን ኪሓልፉን ኪጸንሑን የፍቅደሎም።

Commercial Space ናይ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን ናይ ብሩር ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ንጽቡቓት፣ ልዑላትን ዘስደምምን ላዕለዋይ ደረጃ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ብዘይተለምደ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ብሩር ፍሉይ ክእለት፣ ተውህቦን ጥበብን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘርእዩ ኣዚዮም ዘብርሁን ብዙሕ ፈጠራውያንን ስራሕቲ እዮም። Commercial Space ናይ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን ዝበለጸ፣ ምሳሌ ዝኾነ፣ ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ብዕምቆት ሓድሽን ስራሕ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ብሩር ሽልማት A' Design Award ብዙሕ ዝተራእየን ዝደነቐን ፈጠራ እዩ፣ ጥቕሚ ዘምጽእን ደረት ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዘስፍሕን። Commercial Space ናይ ቤት-ጽሕፈት ውሽጣዊ ዲዛይን ብብዙሕ ዝቐንኣሉ ፍጥረት እዩ፣ ድሌታት ዘበራብር፣ ጽቡቕ ስምዒታት ዘምጽእን ሰንቢድን ምድናቕን ዘበራብርን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: While the broken down boundary allows the domain axis to extend, the plantation wall continues to fuse with its surroundings, and with the tall wall erected almost 50 years ago was removed to allow the opened-up front yard with finished concrete landscaping and white stone materials to form an artistic domain. As a plantation wall was built on the other side, it serves to break down the barrier between people and their hearts for building a great community.
ዓቐንን ማዕሸግን: As there is a green plantation wall on the left of the stair, the budding vegetation also symbolizes the rebirth of the old residence. With the external wall of the original building as a plantation wall while the interior has reserved the original red brick surface for environmental control, for which there was also an opening made in the perimeter barrier to control temperature through ventilation as well.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: As Taipei City is situated in a basin with a damp and humid climate, this project, being an office space, deliberately leveled the garden and lowered the perimeter barrier to promote ventilation and temperature control while totally eradicating insect infestation. As the garden features finished concrete, a plantation wall was erected on the other side, and the interior brick wall surface was preserved for micro-climate control.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: With the Wall-Less open garden concept proposed by the design team, it was first rejected by the client, as the barrier bears significance in safety and order, however, with many efforts of simulation to ensure the safety concern was addressed, the concept was allowed to progress ahead, and after it was completed, with the admiration of the neighbors, the design was also preserved with changes to local parking regulation which has led to a beautiful scene without chaos.
ምርምር: As the barrier is a physical boundary that shapes a spatial order but separates people from one another, the design team, after the site visit, proposed the concept of open space by removing the barrier, by featuring a plantation wall wich the greenery penetrating into the interior, along with rainwater recycling system allowing the greenery embellishing the interior even more while the finished concrete wall exhibits power and depth in its stern and refined finishing.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: Upon first site visit, the old wall, elongated triangular yard, insect-infested vegetation, and a run-down garden, with the nicely maintained garden of the neighboring public housing, a bold idea was raised to remove the barrier, which presented a major challenge for the client, however, the openness prompts us to head towards a better future, as taking the initiative, engaging the public, and seeking the common good would be the touchstone for the future generation.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project was completed in February 2019, in Taipei.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: With the dense population in Taiwan, scooters have become a major mode of transportation, and as the site has incorporated urban renewal and vegetation policy, the liberated domain has contributed to a lane rid of random scooter parking but a beautiful place where pedestrians enjoy staying and walking through, which has been very welcomed by the neighbors.
