ጽሑፍ መጽሓፍ: ብልዙም ፍኹስ-ብጫ ሕብሪ ተሸፊኑ፡ እቲ መሸጣ ኣዳራሽ ሰብ ካብቲ ናብ ውሽጢ ዝኣትወሉ ህሞት ጀሚሩ ንልቢ ንኽማርኽ ተነዲፉ ኣሎ። እቲ ቦታ ብጽቡቕ ስነ-ጥበብ ዝተሰለመ ኣናፍራ ማሕደር ትርኢት ዝሓዘ ኮይኑ፡ ካብ ላዕሊ ዝወርድ ብጀሊፊሽ ዝተነሳስአ ናይ ቢሮ ናሕሲ ብርሃን ዘለዎ ኤተሪያዊ ብልጭታ ተመዛዚኑ ኣሎ። እዚ ዘደንቕ መተካእታ ምስቲ ኣብ መእተዊ ሎቢ ንኣጋይሽ ዝቕበል ሰማያዊ ማዕበል እምኒ ዘይተቛረጸ ናይ ትርኢት ዝርርብ ይፈጥር። ኣብ ኩሉ ዘመናዊ ቅምጥል ስታይል ብምንዛሕ፡ እቲ ጋንታ ንነፍሲ ወከፍ ጽቡቕ ዝርዝር ንምድማቕን ንሓፈሻዊ ግርማ ንምልዓልን ብንጹር ናይ ስቴንለስ-ስቲል ውብ ውብ ኣሰንዩ ንድፉ ኣጉልሒ።

Grand Marine ቀንዲ ተግባር: ግራንድ ማሪን መሸጣ ቤት ጽሕፈት ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ዝዓወተ እዩ፣ ብፈጠራ፣ ርእሰ ሓይልን ስቕታን ዝፍለዩ ብልጫ ዘለዎም ዲዛይናት ዝወሃብ ኣዚዩ ክቡር ኣፍልጦ። ዘዓወቱ ነሓስ ሰፊሕ ተሞክሮ፣ ምሕሳብን ርእሰ ምምዕባልን ዲዛይነራቶም ዘረጋግጹ ኣዚዮም ክኢላታትን ብዘደንቕ መገዲ ፈጠራውያንን ኣርቴፋክትታት እዮም። Grand Marine ቀንዲ ተግባር: ግራንድ ማሪን መሸጣ ቤት ጽሕፈት ብዙሕ ዝተመነየ፣ ዝደነቐን ዝፈተዎን ብኣገዳሲ መገዲ ሞያውን ሓድሽን ኣቕሓ ክኾን ይጽበ። እዚ ዝዓወተ ዲዛይን ናይ ነሓስ ሽልማት A' Design Award ኣብ ጥበብ፣ ሳይንስ፣ ዲዛይንን ቴክኖሎጂን ዝበለጹ ልምድታት ዘጣምር፣ ንዝርዝር ብዝህቦ ኣቓልቦ ድማ ዝበለጸ እዩ። Grand Marine ቀንዲ ተግባር: ግራንድ ማሪን መሸጣ ቤት ጽሕፈት ድልየታት ብጽባቐ የማልእ፣ ንድሌታት ይትንክፍ፣ ንስምዒታት የማርኽን ሕቶ ድማ የሰሕብን።

ክረዲትታት፣ ኣባላት ጋንታን ቴክኒካዊ ዝርዝራትን ብዲዛይነር ዝቐረቡ።

ፍሉያት ባህርያት: To help our clients to deliver their message to the yuppies as well the potential users, the designer blends the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. The whole space was decorated with a light yellow tone in order to match the main color theme of the property’s publicity. An echo with the entrance design with blue wave stone and special jellyfish glass ceiling feature, which made sales hall showed an energetic but gorgeous atmosphere.

ናይ ምፍራይ ቴክኖሎጂ: In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer used a very special blue wave marble for the logo feature wall as the backdrop to create a great impression for visitors. Our Design Director hopes potential buyers to be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the Sales Office, therefore the designer standardized the main design elements by applying nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique marble pattern for the whole sales office.
ናይ ዲዛይን ብድሆ: The challenge for this project would be sourcing and arranging the material for the site. In order to present one of the major merits of the property - facing the sea, our design director had been looked for a special blue stone with a remarkable pattern from all over the world, as hoped that the potential users will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office, which applied nickel stained steel, special crystal feature and unique blue marble for the whole sales office.
ምርምር: Our clients aim to design a sales office that can demonstrate the superior characteristics of the property and present the elements of actual environments for potential users. As the analysis data from our client is our type of research, we communicated with all the person in charge, by understanding their core-value of sustained commitment to quality homes. Thus, our design director combined their core value into this key project The Grand Marine, designed a very fancy and grand sales office.
ምንጪ ሓሳብ: As the property has a world-class landscape, thus our design director hopes potential buyers will be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office. He standardized the main theme color for this project in the light yellow, as this color has represented the lightest hue of the spectrum. In color psychology, it means uplifting and illuminating, as well as offering hope, cheerfulness, and happiness.
ናይ ፕሮጀክት ግዜ: The project started in March 2019 and finished in August 2019 in Hong Kong. And it starts to open for the public in Oct 2019.
ናይ ስርሒት ፍሰት: In order to leave the deep impression for visitors with an artistic temperament, our designer director blended the essence of modern but elegant design into the sales hall. In order to present one of the major merits of the property facing the sea, the designer applied the sea-wave art sculpture in one of the areas, blended with the waterfall decorative lighting as created one of the focal points to attract people's eye.
