K11 Art House Kinoteatr hakynda

K11 Art House Hytaýyň Gonkong şäherinde ýerleşýän kinoteatryň içki dizaýnydyr. Dizaýn Şweýsariýanyň dag arhitekturasyndan ylham alnyp, garly dag ýaşaýyş jaýy mowzugynda taýýarlanan we däp bolan gurluşyk elementlerini häzirki zaman söwda giňişligine getirýär. 6034 inedördül metr meýdany öz içine alýan ýer sazndan iň azyndan bäş dürli sarp ediş formatyny birleşdirýär, şol sanda saz dükany, açyk bar, sergi giňişligi, sahna merkezi we şahsylaşdyrylan sosial hyzmat. Ähli ýerde mermer, alýumin, mata, haly we aýna ulanylýar. Maksat kinoteatry dynç alyş toplumyna öwürmekdir.

Üýtgeşik Aýratynlyklar: In that experiment of space, the OFT design created the first future cinema themed with snow mountain residence in Asia based on the concept of "design & new retail", which took the lead in providing reference model for the cinema as "recreational complex".

Önümçilik Tehnologiýasy: In the aspects of spatial situation and its commercial aesthetic, the hustle and bustle in Hong Kong correspond to its open and inclusiveness, with multiple culture blending and growing here. Designers are familiar with the chemical reaction brought by strangeness, so they do the opposite in the design. They select distant land, the Swiss snow mountain fragments of life, carrying the traditional style on architecture into modern commercial space, to wake up the spiritual eagerness of Hong Kong residents to "natural life".
Dizaýn Kynçylygy: With the development of "new retail", the traditional entertainment space represented by the cinema has entered a transitional period.
Gözleg: By repeating architectural elements, the OFT combines and splices previously unrelated materials to form an integral space, completing the remodeling of humanity and nature in a new sensory balance.
Ylham: Enabling the DNA of K11 Art and cultural retail to continue is the key. The model of multicultural living area of K11 Musea brings new enlightenment for the incubation of future cinema: It needs to break out of the simplex consumption scene and introduce social intercourse, shopping, catering and art into the cinema.
Taslama Dowamlylygy: The project started in 2018 in HK, China and finished in 2019 in the same place.
Iş Akymy: In K11 Art House, the OFT and UA made a breakthrough by introducing at least five consumption formats, including music store, open bar, exhibition space, performance center and personalized acquaintance social service, to construct a composite consumption scene.
