About House in Repino Hususy jaý

Repinodaky jaý Russiýanyň Leningrad oblastynyň Repino şäherçesinde ýerleşýän hususy jaýdyr. Jaýyň umumy meýdany 1000 inedördül metre deňdir. Willa toplumy bir berk düzgün girizdi: ähli ýaşaýyş jaýlary Raýtyň stiline meňzeş stilde bolmalydy. Taslama bu düzgüni göz öňünde tutup, stili özboluşly görnüşde teswirleýär. Jaý landşafta sazlaşykly ornaşdyrylandyr. Bar bolan agaçlar mümkin boldugyça saklanyp galyndy, käbir agaçlar bolsa ritm döretmek hem-de arhitektura bilen tebigatyň arasynda has ýakyn baglanyşyk emele getirmek üçin bassyrmalaryň içinden geçýär. Daş, agaç we metal esasy materiallardyr.

Unique Properties: The house with a total area of 1000 sq. m is located in Repino, Leningrad region. The project had one strong stylistic limitation: all the residences in that villa community had to be in a Wright-like style. The result is a completely original project but with consideration of this requirement. The house is well integrated into the landscape. The aim is to preserve as many existing trees as possible; some of them will go through the canopies to create a unique rhythm and better architecture&nature relationship.
