Larma Eýranyň demirgazygyndaky Roýan şäherinde ýerleşýän kwartira jaýydyr. Bina alty gatdan we on iki bölümden ybaratdyr. Ýapgyt (gabl) üçek Mazandaranyň güýz we gyş paslyndaky ýagyşlaryna garşy durýar hem-de ýerli gurluşyk däplerine eýerýär. Eýran binagärliginde uzak wagtdan bäri ulanylýan material bolan kerpiç binanyň esasy ýüzlerini emele getirýär. Agaç çarçuwaly penjirelere ornaşdyrylan reňkli aýnalar geçelgelere we basgançak meýdançalaryna reňklenen ýagtylyk getirýär. Binanyň öňýüzündäki ýabany otlar we ýaşyl ösümlikler Mazandaranyň tokaýlaryny ýatladýan bolsa, giň ýaşyl terraslar bolsa sebitiň howlularyny ýada salýar.
