About M Two Jaý

M Two, Kiprde, Limasol şäherinde, bir depäniň üstünde ýerleşýän obanyň eteginde ýerleşýän jaýdyr. Dizaýn we ulanylan materiallar tebigy peýzaža laýyk gelýär hem-de däp bolan oba jaý gurluşyklaryny hormatlaýar, şol bir wagtyň özünde döwrebap estetikany özünde jemleýär. Jaýyň meýilnamasy adaty "pi" görnüşine eýerip, içki we daşky giňişlikleriň arasynda parahat we ergonomik akymy döredýär. Maşgala we umumy giňişlikler bir-birine sepleşip gidýär, ýöne şol bir wagtyň özünde özbaşdak işleýär hem-de zerur bolan ýerlerde hususylygy üpjün edýär. M Two Jaý A' Design Award Demir Baýragynyň ýeňijisidir; bu gowy dizaýn edilen eserlerden garaşylýan hünär we senagat talaplaryny kanagatlandyrýan gowy dizaýnlara berilýän abraýly ykrarnamadyr. Unique Properties: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inspiration: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
