About House of the Breathing Void Ýaşaýyş jaýy

Dem alýan boşlugyň öýi merkezi atriumyň töwereginde guralan ýaşaýyş jaýydyr. Atrium howanyň we ýagtylygyň erkin aýlanýan açyk boşlugy hökmünde hyzmat edip, öýüň ekologik özenini emele getirýär. Şeýle hem atrium içki we daşky giňişlikleriň arasynda üznüksiz gatnaşygy döredýär. Jaý bioklimatik ýörelgelere eýerýär, günorta tarap anyk gönükdirilmegi bilen gün şöhlesini alýar, passiw ýyladyşy goldaýar we tebigy howa çalşygyny höweslendirýär. Şol bir gönükdirilme binada diagonal görnüşi emele getirýär, bu bolsa hem giňişlik, hem-de klimat taýdan berlen jogapdyr.

Credits, team members and technical details provided by the designer.

Unique Properties: The “House of the Breathing Void” is conceived as a sanctuary of openness, a dwelling that breathes, listens, and connects. Anchored between earth and sky, the house establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, shaped by climate, light, and Mediterranean lifestyle. At its center lies an atrium, the open heart of the home, where air, light, and life circulate freely, forming both the emotional and environmental core.
Inspiration: The Atrium was the concept inspiration of the project. The house was conceived through bioclimatic principles, its geometry shaped by a clear southern orientation that captures sunlight, enhances passive heating, and invites natural ventilation. From this dual idea, the atrium and the orientation toward the sun, a diagonal gesture arose in the building’s form, a spatial and climatic response that defines its identity. Here, light becomes both material and structure, carving paths through the interior.
