Heart in Bloom — 18 karat altyndan ýasalan we 1,1 karatlyk ýürek şekilli şetdaly öwüşginli sapfir bilen bezelen ýüzükdir. Açyk we asimmetrik gurluşy dürli barmak ölçeglerine laýyk gelýär hem-de deňagramly agram paýlanyşy arkaly durnuklylygyny saklaýar.
