About Yuzhou Rongyu Primary Function: Panloob na Disenyo ng Sales Center

Book Text: Ang Yuzhou Rongyu ay isang sales center na matatagpuan sa Lungsod ng Fuzhou, China. Ang panloob nito ay sumasaklaw sa lawak na 887 metro kuwadrado at nilikha sa loob ng tatlong magkakadikit na villa. Ang kulay na ginamit ay batay sa mga tonong pula, na sumisimbolo sa kagalakan at pagdiriwang sa kulturang Tsino. Isang glass screen na naka-print ng disenyong plum ang nakasabit sa gitna ng isang Corinthian column. Kabilang sa mga materyales ang custom art wall covering, isang madilim na sahig na kahoy, Caesar green marble at silver foil. Pinagsasama ng disenyo ang mga sanggunian mula sa Silangan at Kanluran sa iisang espasyo.

Unique Properties: The display of objects is also combined with local culture. The wall ornaments and furniture form a sharp contrast. The ceiling and the ceiling lights can reveal different perspectives from different angles. The color is mainly based on the red tone that symbolizes joy and festivals in Chinese culture.

Research: The original building is for consecutive villas, three of which were transformed into sales center.
Inspiration: As one of the birthplaces of Shanghai-style culture, Fuzhou city has become a modern area with an inclusive attitude in the convergence of new trends and new culture. The space theme is inspired by the idea of using the color of glazed tiles to create a sense of dignity, directing the attention of people to a glass screen printed with a plum pattern, which is suspended in the center of the Corinthian pillar with Western characteristics.
Project Duration: The project is located in Fuzhou City, China. It takes about two months to finish the construction.
Operation Flow: The sales office is designed for helping customers to know better and deeper about the newly constructed buildings and houses. They will see the overall construction plan of the buildings here and can get in touch with sales managers if they have any questions and can make the purchase of houses here.
