Ang MGY Base ay isang gusali ng opisina para sa isang apparel brand sa Tokyo, Japan. Ang disenyo ay sumusunod sa ideya ng isang lihim na base kung saan gustong magtipon ng mga tao. Ang pangunahing sahig ay 6 metro ang taas, at ang malaking glass facade ay nagbibigay ng impresyon ng isang semi-outdoor na espasyo. Ang wire mesh sa loft, industrial style na ilaw, at mga fixture na gawa sa bakal at scaffolding ay sumusuporta sa parehong tema. The novel corona virus has brought to light the necessity of communication in the office. Our design is an example of an answer to the problem.
MGY Base is an apparel brand office situated in Tokyo. The main floor is 6m high and its huge glass facade gives the impression of semi-outdoor space. Wire mesh used in the loft, industrial taste lighting, iron and scaffold used fixtures, and other details represent the secret base the client asked for.

Inspirasyon: We tried to design an office that is a third-place that makes you want to assemble and work.

We designed an office with these three points in mind to give a sense of the brand's personality.

Daloy ng Operasyon: Efficiency from the management perspective, offices are increasingly being consolidated into urban areas and are expanding in size. At the same time, more and more start-up companies and companies with an awareness of design management are creating unique offices with an emphasis on quality and design. Against this backdrop, the COVID-19 has called into question the meaning of the office. This was an opportunity to rethink the meaning of working and gathering in one place.
