Hamon sa Disenyo: The design challenges for this project included (1) creating a user friendly flow to allow users to get their brand assessment, and (2) creating complex visualizations of their brand identity that are easy to understand.
Pananaliksik: No formal usability research was done during the design process, though all designs were validated through pilot tests with a number of business users.
Inspirasyon: Blueocean came to us with an existing offline business model. They sought our help to reduce and minimize human personnel needs by taking their services online so that they are able to expand their client base while still providing the best degree of their services.
Tagal ng Proyekto: The project started in October 2019 and finished in December 2019. The team members were based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Daloy ng Operasyon: Users can access the website via a laptop computer, tablet or smartphone. The design streamlines the process of getting their brand assessment by allowing users to access the short / free version that leads to the full assessment. The design of the platform is purposely clean, energetic but also professional to cater to business users.
